To top it off, they auto-add a 20% gratuity and will question you in front of other customers if you try to adjust it. This feels like a business charging for its "prime location" rather than the quality of its work. Save your money and find a local professional who can actually deliver a lift.

From there you wait in a separate waiting area which offers complimentary granola, water and tea. You do not wait very long. When it is time for your service, a spa worker will bring you to your designated area based on what service you are there for. I have visited the spa twice this year for pedicures and both times have been wonderful experiences. The pedicure area is very clean and sanitary.
