Pedicure | She has the BEST pedicure chairs that I've ever sat in -- they are seriously awesome. Great foot scrub and massage. You even get to choose the scent. Again, she has a great color selection, even had the latest fall collection from OPI. She even put some foot oil on my toes since she saw that I had worn sneakers and socks and didn't want the fuzzies to stick to my polish. When you walk into the spa there is a small area for gifts and things for purchase. Lululemon quarter zip sweatshirts, sweatpants, some fine jewelry, body sprays, etc. You check in at the spa desk from there and they hang your coat for you. From there you wait in a separate waiting area which offers complimentary granola, water and tea. You do not wait very long. When it is time for your service, a spa worker will bring you to your designated area based on what service you are there for. I have visited the spa twice this year for pedicures and both times have been wonderful experiences. The pedicure area is very clean and sanitary. I had Delores both times I visited and she was so great. Very gentle, informative and detailed oriented. The spa at the resort has been exceptional with their services and their kindness and I will definitely continue to visit when I am in the area!

SUMMING IT UP: these techs need better training!!!!…read more Based on others' reviews, I'm not the only one who had a bad experience. --- I went here for the first time on June 11 for a dip manicure. It's a cool place - well lit, techs lined up like a bar! Very busy. Trendy. Notably, the receptionist is so sweet, with a soft, soothing voice, which is so nice for such a busy place. So, I had my nails done, and they looked great. The technician was pleasant enough. No chatting, and a little hard to understand. But She asked me if I was happy and if I would come back again and I was, and would have... ...IF my nails had stayed nice for 3 or 4 weeks! But they cracked -- within a week. Hairline cracks all over!!! I've never had that happen! Was it Applied too thick? Now they are all chipping and breaking off and look horrible at 3 weeks. I can't trim or file them - they crumble, shatter when I try to trim off the chipped/broken ends. So disappointed- wasted time and money and my nails look awful. At my usual place, the dip lasts 4-5 weeks before I have to change it, as my nails have grown out too much. Disappointed. Will not go back. I went back to my regular place and had it all removed. My nails are so short and thin, some actually HURT if I put any pressure on them! I just had my regular nail tech put strengthener on them. I will let them grow out and heal.
