I will never go anywhere else for PT again!!!! The first…read moretime I was seen was 2011. They only had one location in Braintree. Steve was amazing and helped build a great program for me to come back from ACL/Meniscus surgery. Unfortunately, when I went back to work I had a scheduling conflict and changed to a different group. What a mistake!! I ended up needing a second surgery on my knee because they didn't rehab it correctly. A few years later I needed spinal surgery and Blue Hill had opened another location closer to my home. Christine was my therapist and built a great program to get my strength and mobility back. We knew I would be having a second surgery later that year so of course I went back to Christine! Again she followed the plan they work from, continue to move forward adding new exercises and/or additional weight, always checking in to make sure my form was correct and we weren't going to fast. I had another surgery and right back to Christine!! I just had my fourth spinal surgery. This one was much more complicated. Of course I called Blue Hill but Christine had moved to another location sadly, too far away. But I knew their program and how they approach rehab worked so I scheduled with Brittney. She is amazing!!! Extremely knowledgeable and takes the time to explain the movements, muscles being worked and she encourages me when I feel I'm not doing well enough. We discuss my progress and hone in on the areas that need more work. She finds the perfect exercises to increase my strength and build my stamina. i couldn't be happier with my progress!!!! I can hike, climb stairs, cook meals and play with my grandchildren even running a bit!! Not bad after thinking I would never be able to do these things again!!

I was being seen at Blue Hill Rehab by Dwight Hartman PT for a work injury to my right wrist/hand…read more Dwight (who has since left boo) was great. He was very knowledgable and easy to feel comfortable with. The bill not so easy to feel comfortable with but thats a whole different issue about health care that I wont get into on this review. The staff there are also very kind and the receptionist/billing are easy to get in touch with and very helpful over the phone in changing apt etc.

I first herniated a disc in my low back at 13 y/o, and have spent the rest of my adult life…read moremanaging that particular injury, as well as two other herniated discs from sports/lifting/life. Have also weathered three hip labrum repair surgeries and one car accident, so my body is a wonderful mess!! I deal with low back pain constantly, varying from mild and annoying at best, to downright debilitating and unable to stand up straight at worst. I have been a firm believer in chiropractic now for about 7 years, and have seen almost as many chiropractors in that span of time. I reached out for an appointment with Brian after seeing Ring Dinger videos on Youtube -- I thought I would have to fly all the way to TX for relief, so imagine my joy to find a Ring Dinger in MA!!! Brian is a consummate professional. He listened to my concerns and my needs, especially when I described my prior experience with chiropractors and how my most recent one had been very helpful for a while, but I just felt like I had hit a treatment plateau and was not getting any better or any further relief. Brian explained how the Ring Dinger (Y-axis spinal decompression) just might be the missing piece in my treatment plan, and I am thrilled to say that after two double dingers in August, my back felt the best it did in a very long time. The adjustment lasted a lot longer before eventually regressing to my usual discomfort/pain (for reference, normal chiro adjustments usually fade away in about a day for me -- I felt the Ring Dinger's positive effects for 3-5 days afterwards). My back is still not perfect and I don't ever expect it to be. However, I am very, very happy to found Brian and the Ring Dinger locally in MA, and I do feel as though my pain and symptoms will be much, much better managed moving forward. I am aiming for 1x/mo adjustment/Ring Dinger now and am looking forward to even more improvement!!
