I recently had a new roof installed by these folks. They are absolutely worthy of a five star review for several reasons. As a person who does his research I took several bids and educated myself as much as possible prior to picking a company for this job. I've noticed doing my homework beforehand has always paid off especially when it comes to doing construction or renovation work. First, there are a options when it comes to roofing. They range from necessity of removal of the existing roof to the type of roofing material used for replacement. Hunter at Bay to Bay came out and made a thorough explanation of every detail necessary. His explanations were directly in line with what I had researched so I appreciate that level of consistency and honesty. The fact that their quote was nearly 25% lower than another competing bid was definitely icing on the cake. Their quote also showed a great deal more detail regarding exactly what was being done as well as materials used where as other quotes seemed almost random and elusive. A group of hard working gentlemen came out and did a beautiful job installing the roof. The roofing also came with a great warranty that will stay with the house for decades to come. Additionally, Hunter came out to inspect the job and meet with me regarding any questions or concerns. That was a really nice professional touch on top of a job well done. I highly recommend these guys as well as a high-five to Hunter for seeing to it that everybody did a great job. read more

My opinion of these people is that they are unscrupulous, deceptive, and took complete advantage of a 79-year-old single woman. First, they advertise as roofing contractors but yet they came to her home and quoted an attached sunroom. The salesman had no business cards, references, or photos of any jobs they had done. He used a pressuring technic where he promised a nice discount if she signed the contract right then. Of course, he presented himself as a nice honest salesperson so she unknowingly signed and sealed her future financial loss. She mistakenly gave them a deposit. Upon researching the company I spoke with my sister and strongly urged her to cancel the contract after finding horrible reviews with the BBB, Yelp, and other online sources. I suggested she drive directly to their place of business as they may deny ever getting a cancellation letter. She made a 100-mile round trip and arrived in the legally allotted time to cancel her contract. Upon her arrival, they sweet-talked her into not canceling her contract promising her that there would be no problems and bragged how great they were and that customers loved their work. One of the employees even gave her a physical hug of reassurance. My sister is far too trusting of people but these folks are not to be trusted. They promised a date to come back out and take final measurements and would start the project in about two months. They never showed, never called and when she asked for the salesman he was no longer with them. In the fall my sister had major car problems she asked the company if she could use apply her deposit to 3 new windows as the sunroom project was pressing her cash position. Still having never called or come back to the job site she heard no reply to her request from Bay To Bay In October my sister suffered a stroke. An attempt to call them was made with no response. She then canceled her credit card deposit as they had performed no work and not communicated. I'm not sure what Bay To Bay's reaction was to her request but they threatened her with a lien if she did not fulfill her contract. They forced her by this threat to pay 1/3 of the contract amount yet no work was ever started, completed, or were materials ordered. It's my opinion that this company gives free enterprise and capitalism a bad name. I would not recommend them for any job. These folks do not even rate one star but Yelp does not list a negative star. So don't be confused by a one-star rating. Stay away from this company. read more

Horrible company. They told us two to three weeks to complete our siding job, took 5 months for them to complete and didn't respond to our emails/phone calls. They started in late April/early May and it was September before the job was completed. I was told over the phone by the project manager (Andreas) that I did not need to come in and sign paperwork on the cancellation because the call was recorded and that was confirmation that I would get money full deposit back. I went into the office and got this in writing via project manager Andreas too. They are scammers and clowns. It's a constant battle trying to work with these people. My sister hired this company to fix her roof. There was a leak into her ceiling that according to Dan Nelson, was due to needing ice bridges to be added. The roof did not leak every time it rained, but intermittently. At first everything seemed to be legit, but within days of the job being complete, the roof was leaking in the same place. They came back, but could not find a source of where the leak was still coming from. They put caulk around a pipe that was in the vicinity of the leak. Over the next few months there were several phone calls about additional possible leaks (the leak is next to the kitchen sink). In April there was a confirmed leak and Steve showed up. He said he couldn't figure out where the leak was coming from and would send someone out to take a closer look at it. In the meantime, a basement door was put in for foster care requirements that the State of Michigan paid for. The door doesn't close unless you slam it and it was supposed to be looked at as well. After that despite numerous calls and emails there was not any responses from the company until July. At that time, communication was that the company had moved and they were unaware of the visit in April. They were supposed to send someone out shortly after. There has been no additional communication sense. All calls go to voicemail, and at times there have been messages that the number is disconnected. Company sucks and does subpar work Wow where do I begin this nightmare! We signed a contact in August of 2022 for siding and soffits and Corey said it would be about four weeks before Bay to Bay would start. That was the first lie that we were told, but not the last. After about eight weeks of not hearing anything, I called the office and spoke with Elizabeth. She reassured me that it would only be a few more weeks. And that would be the lie that Elizabeth would keep telling me for months and months. On the days she clearly didn't want to speak with me, she would say she was at a doctors apt or dropping her kids off and would call me back. Another lie as she seldom called me back. I was also given so many dates where they would start the job, then they would no show or no call. Also got the excuses of the weathering pushing them back even though it was a pretty mild winter. Beyond frustrating as we put half the money down. In February of 2023 Elizabeth was clearly tired of me calling so she had the owner of the company Jerold (also her husband) call me. Jerold gave me a sob story about how he had to fire Corey and Corey cost him a quarter of a million dollars. He also gave lots of excuses in the first conversation, but never apologized that it was taking so long or for all the miscommunications. At one point in February I asked Jerold if we could cancel our contract without penalty or if he would be willing to compensate us. Which I would have been happy with 100 bucks off our bill as just a sign of good faith...his response was "Nope, we are just busy". I asked several times what the cancelation fee was, and he would not answer. He did say he was "happy to cancel as he has others that would appreciate his help". This stuck me as bizarre as we are paying you to do a job, this isn't some free charity work. Finally on March 15th (SEVEN MONTHS AFTER THE CONTACT WAS SIGNED) Work was started by the subcontractors. The workers didn't return to complete the job until March 21, just no call, no show on the days in-between. On the 21st when the workers were still hammer away on the house, I get a call from Elizabeth stating our job is done and someone is on their way for the check. Advised her that the job was not completed nor has someone done a final walk around as there were several issues that needed to be fixed. Boggles my mind that they would give someone maybe an hours notice for a payment pick up when the job has taken seven months and there have been so many days with no calls and no shows. She seemed annoyed and had a project manager Steve call me back. I also was very clear and let him know I would not have a check that day and he set an apt for the next day (3/22) to do the final walk around and fix some of the issues. However at about 3pm on the 21 a Bay to Bay employee, Japhett showed up asking for the payment and did a walk around to see what supplies he needed for the next day. Advised him several times we didn't have a check for the remaining balance, but we would have it the next day. Japhett gave me his phone so I could explain to the owner Jerold why I didn't have a check on the spur of the moment. I reassured him that I would have a check the next day. He then says to me "I'm really beginning to lose trust in you" I'm still baffled as to why that was, as the job had only been completed for a few hours and there was still work that needed to be corrected. Jerold was clearly trying to intimidate and manipulate me in this conversation. Workers did show up on 3/22 and fixed several issues. The workers along with the owner Jerold refused to fix the soffit, they would "make it look right, like it is on everyone else's house" for another 4,200 dollars. I declined this offer and now I'm going to have to find someone else to fix Bay to Bays poor workmanship and in the meantime, it looks terrible. Jerold has seemed to cut off contact with me, but per his employee Japhett we requested no fascia which is yet another lie. Seems like they pick and choose what they will comply with in the contract as well. The boards were never removed that were under the soffit even though the contract clearly states they were supposed to be. I would also like to point out that the five star reviews posted in the last few weeks have been posted by employees, friends and family of Bay to Bay. These are not people who have had work done. This is yet another example of them trying to scam people. Bottom line if you want to engage in a frustrating, time-consuming battle to maybe get your construction job done, you should hire Bay to Bay. If you don't (which I'm sure is EVERYONE) then find someone else. read more

Hired to replace windows, exterior doors, siding, soffit, fascia and gutters. Paid the hefty deposit of $17,021 back in August. The first thing they did was install gutters and demand the remaining balance of gutters. Paid the remaining gutters contract of $1,160 in November. Office Manager calls me to collect more money. After careful consideration and reviewing the contract, I refuse. Company agrees to start the project the following week and never shows up. Middle of December 2022, siding is removed and home wrapped. Days later, the same office manager calls me to say they are taking a couple weeks off for the holidays. Beginning of January 2023, never hear from them so I call for status and workmanship concerns. They never return the call so I ask my community on Facebook if the work looks right without using the company's name. I receive an immediate response from the company and owner - Go figure. Two days later the office manager demands the remaining balance or they will not complete my project. I reviewed my options and sent an email that no additional money would be sent. Company failed to respond and written notice was sent to the company due to a breach of contract on their side. As of August 6th, 2023, they have not replied or sent a refund. If you are considering hiring this company, check out their Better Business Bureau and Michigan Builder's License status. As of today, neither are in good standing. read more

Before contracting with Bay to Bay, please check the Better Business Bureau and Yelp Reviews as you'll notice a definite trend since November of 2021. Severe lack of communication. Blatant lies told to us by the Owner, CEO, and multiple staff. Quality of work does not match price paid (ie, gouges in the composite decking, railings not all same height, 45° angles not properly lined up, damage to our fence, decking boards installed incorrectly, and decking boards installed that did not even match the deck we had installed). We contracted with Bay to Bay to have our front porch, and the back deck redone with the composite decking, along with having a pole barn built. The day before they were to begin decking construction, they notified us that they couldn't get the decking they sold us on. They brought us samples of another decking brand and we had to hastily decide, or we would be removed from their construction calendar with no future date provided. Then once they finished the tear off, Elizabeth in their office called my husband demanding the final 50% of funds............ Yes you read that right. We've all seen the news and heard them saying over and over never pay for construction in full before the work is completed. We were told adamantly and repeatedly that if we did not pay the FULL balance, they would pull the workers until we did. I do want to note that the tear off took way longer than it should have as did the construction (nearly a month for a deck)? I would also like to note that we paid 50% of all 3 projects up front and at this point we now have only the support for the porch and deck. Believing we still had the barn to process with them we went ahead and paid. We then find out they don't even have all the materials here for the decks, and that the railings that were delivered weren't the right color (which of course they started to install anyways). When we finally were able to wrap up the deck projects with Bay to Bay, they then let us know that they could no longer build our barn for us for what they quoted. I'd be lying if I didn't say we took a deep sigh of relief (we did find another a builder, the barn went up crazy fast, was professionally done, and the communication was incredible). Last note, it took us over a month to get the pole barn funds (we paid 50% up front and they canceled the project not us) back into our account. They claimed it would need to come from Lansing so after several weeks of back and forth we were told we could come and pick up the check on a Friday. When my husband went to pick up the funds, they printed the check right there at the office in Hastings. I hired Bay to Bay after Hurricane Ida to replace my roof. I had issues from the start with the crew trying to roof over rotted wood that was supposed to be replaced per our agreement. The crew also damaged my facia with the ladders and told me they were going to get it repaired which never happened. After waiting several months and dealing with Bay to Bay unprofessional team I gave up on the repairs. Now I have discovered my new roof is leaking and Bay to Bay after calling for three days Bay to Bay has notified me the leak is my problem and they do not warranty their work. RUN FROM THIS BUSINESS! UPDATE: I was contacted on my cell phone on 11/30/2022 by the owners wife (Elizabeth) and she told me if I found a local company to complete the repairs to my roof Bay to Bay would reimburse me for the cost of the repairs. I agreed and had the repairs completed on 12/2/2022. I sent an email containing pictures of the poor workmanship and a copy of the check I wrote for $650 to the company that removed and replaced the roofing that was done incorrectly. I followed up several times on the reimbursement to be given an excuse and promise that the check would be sent to me in the mail as soon as possible. It took months to get our roof. We had numerous contacts, as they kept quitting and we were not notified. The 2nd contact took a piece of siding off of my house for matching, bjt then he quit, and they had no record of it. I was missing that piece from the summer of 2020, until recently when I had the siding replaced by another company. After they installed my roof (with the incorrect shingle color), I had to pick up beer cans , fireball shooters bottles and hundreds of nails. I had a dumpster in my drive way for weeks, and had to call numerous times. They then sent me a bill for an increased cost then agreed upon. They tried this with my insurance company as well. If I could give no stars, I would...terrible business and out right dishonest people. They contacted us after a hail storm in May. We were warned about this company, but were desperate to find someone to help us with roof and siding. We had extensive damage to our home and the owner came and promised us they would accept whatever the insurance figure was and could have everything done by June. He seemed so very nice and said he had 33 crews working...we were impressed when he told us he just wanted to help people that needed it. Boy, what a lie that was! We finally got a roof in late July, left a mess, workers showed up with no material or dumpster here yet. We called the company and they didn't know anything about it. Waited another month for shingles to show up and workers came about a week after that. None of these young men spoke English (and I do mean young. one was found wandering in our development, lost with no cell service...he was 16 and had been trafficked here by coyotes and these building companies were taking advantage of them with low wages.) We were okay with the job they did, cleanup was horrible and it was done in 10 hours. Then we get cancelled by owner for siding in late September when we called to find out where we were at with repairs. They had all our insurance money already and the owner called me personally to scream at us and tell us we were cancelled as of that minute and there would be no further communication. He blocked us immediately! Then we get an email from our insurance with a bill from them for over $20,000.00 for our tiny roof. We have a ranch home, less than 1200 sq. feet! They charged us for detach and reset of gutter, downspouts, satellite dish, re-nailing...we had none of this done. We never had downspouts or gutters and when we called to ask about why they were charging us for items they did not do, they again screamed at us and refused to answer any questions or refund our siding money. Here we are in mid December and nothing yet, I have been told by owners wife that a check was cut last week and yesterday I called her and she yelled at me and said they would not give our money back since I kept calling. I sent a demand letter on advice from lawyer and next step is small claims. Out insurance agreed to pay them almost $13,000.00 which they already have since I sent them $19,000.00 in July for roofs and home and shed sided. Their estimate to us was $13,700 for home to be shingled and shed metal roof replaced plus $20,000 to reside both buildings. The put a roof on the house and then ghosted us! They have never sent us an invoice for the roof and thought they could get away with charging for things they did not do by only going through the insurance company. We cannot move forward with another contractor with no money and this has put us in a horrible position for almost 7 months now. Do not do business with these people, they will lie, cheat and steal from you...I documented every communication and phone call. We have Ring video and stills of promises and the workers when they were here to prove what was done and what was not done. We just want our money refunded and that is all but they refuse to communicate and keep threatening to send us to collections. How can these people live with themselves? I don't want anyone else to suffer like we have and hope this helps someone else. Wednesday Dec 1 2021 received a call from manager (Corey - Production Manager) he stated that the dumpster was going to be delivered in the morning, 3hr notice, the guys were going to start on roof this afternoon. NO ONE SHOWED UP, NO CALL NO SHOW Thursday Dec 2 2021 NO CALL NO SHOW, received a call they could not get supplies. He stated that his team would be here in the afternoon after they finished up on the job they were on. NO CALL NO SHOW again. If you look at the delivery slip the date the supplies were ordered was Monday Dec 6, 2021 and arrived at my place on Dec 8, 2021. WTF!!! Thursday Dec 9 2021. NO CALL NO SHOW Friday Dec 10 2021. NO CALL NO SHOW Saturday Dec 11, 2021, NO CALL, NO SHOW Sunday Dec 12, 2021, two men showed up at the house in a blue PU and trailer with a duck on the side of trailer, one guy was in the dumpster (Wesley) in the corner relieving himself right in front of my house and the neighbors. I caught him, asked him what he was doing, proceeded to tell him to leave or I was going to call the police. He stated he was here to work on my roof. I did not know who he was, he did not state where he was from or who he was. He did not tell me he was from B & B. I received no calls telling me anyone was coming to start the roof job. Especially on Sunday. I then called Andreas and told him what had just happened. Explained everything to him, I also sent a pic of the pee job in the dumpster. I also returned Corey's phone call, explained to him what had happened. He did not believe me about the dumpster. I keep a good eye out due to this day and time you have to watch everything due to criminals. Plus the supplies have been out front for days. Anyone could say they were here to replace roof and steal the supplies. Wesley and his helper came back around 1pm and started, He peeled back a corner of metal roof, but the roof needs more bracing and sheathing to attach shingles. (2x4 & plywood), I was showed Pics of roof under metal, Understood that there is nothing to attach the sheathing too, They will be back Monday Dec 13 to start the job. Called Corey and talked with him about the bracing and Sheathing material. They were here about 20 minutes then left. Monday Dec 13, 2021, As of 11am, NO CALL, NO SHOW AGAIN Neighbors asking when the project was going to get started. Told the neighbors what was going on, they stated I have too much patience to deal with this. plus the inconvenience to my neighbors and me. I missed two family members funerals due to NO CALLs NO SHOWS Monday Dec 13, 2021 @ 1:30pm, I called B & B to fire the company, Corey picked up and tried again to guarantee me that the guys are coming today. They are having trouble finding plywood plus going from one store to another. I told him that he should have called to keep me up on what is going on instead of a NO CALL NO SHOW. EXCUSES ON SUPPLIES AGAIN Yeah Right! I want the trailer picked up and the dumpster sent back. Corey stated that if I fire them that there is a 30% return fee on the cost of the whole project. I told him I already paid for the supplies since I gave them a deposit to start the project. I finally hung up, tired of the excuses. Monday Dec 13, 2021 As of 3:30pm NO CALL NO SHOW....At 4pm Wesley showed up with plywood, and a toddler, WHAT!!! a toddler on the job site. I went out and told him that he and the company were fired. Worst home contractor experience I've ever had. Awful project management, poor communication, missed deadlines, lost materials, no show crews, bottles of pee. They'll tell you the delays were all my fault for not picking a roof color quickly, but there is so much more to the story than that. Their excuse was "turnover" but really looks more like bad management. But I wouldn't know exactly - my emails/calls to management were never returned. They had a deposit from us for our roof and wouldn't give it back, so we let them complete that part of the job but ultimately fired them from the rest of the job (siding, trim). Net takeaway: get someone else to do your project. read more

Hunter went above and beyond getting everything together for our siding project. He helped us with our insurance's requests and was very attentive every time something new came up. There were a couple of hiccups along the way, some of which were due to our insurance company. After you sign a contract it takes weeks before you will get anything done. Tried calling and never could get a hold of anyone that knew what was going on. they don't return calls, never heard nothing from them...finally you will get a call saying they will have a crew out the next day. I get home to find a crew (Sub contractors) of two guys working on my roof...shit everywhere..(I was told in my contract that there would be a dumpster on site...I was charged $1,000 for that.) Nope no dumpster all the scraps on the ground on the snow...Yes they picked the one day we got snow to do the job. I also saw they went over my LOCKED fence to go behind my house to find an outlet to use my power to run their air gun (I can live with that I guess...maybe ask first...you have my number) Another thing that bothers me is in the quote they charged me for 3 sheets of plywood (I know that they only used one...contractor told me) so when they left...where did my 2 sheets I paid for Go? I didn't get a price break off my bill and was told if they had to use more then the 3 sheets that was ordered, that I would be charged $60 a sheet...So they take the supplies that you paid for to another job and charge the next customer I guess. Then I noticed my leaf guard over my gutters was no longer tacked down on the back side just kind of shoved in the gutter...I had to go around my home and pick up nails, staples, and pieces of shingles everywhere. There was several small piles of staples in my driveway, like they dumped a whole box of staples ( I wish you could post pictures with this...) Then just laying there in my yard was a full strip of nails for a nail gun (that would have been fun to hit this spring with the mower.) Then I noticed where they put up new molding it was not as thick as the old trim so the siding no longer butted up to it and they just left it like that...You think they would have puttied or caulked it so water don't run behind the siding...Nope, just leave holes. if that is not enough, where they was going over my LOCKED fence they broke one of the spires off...I took several pictures of everything and called back the salesman and told him of all the things I found and I wanted HIM too see how things was left and that it was not worth what I was paying for. He said that he would come out that Tuesday or Wednesday and use a magnet on the area and see what I was not happy with....I noticed the other half of the agreed amount of money quickly can out of my checking account that Tuesday and to this Day no one from Bay to Bay has came out to clean up, look at or even see what I'm not happy about! I see there are a few good reviews (And I'm sure there is) Because these guys are sub contractors and I am sure they do hire some good crews once in awhile. Me personally, I will never use BAY to BAY Building concepts or recommend then to NO ONE! they have NO CUSTOMER SERVICE and don't care about how they leave a jobsite. Dylan was very friendly, professional, informative, and patient answering our questions during the entire roof replacement process - he closed the sale. Nice guy knocked on my door and told me I had shingles missing. I'm too old to climb up on my roof and look, so he offered a free inspection and informed me of the damages done to my roof from this past storm. Just got my insurance check and look forward to them completing my new roof here soon. read more

RUN! Hire ANY company besides them!! They are truly terrible! I needed a new roof and I hired this company as I saw their signs in yards of many homeowners in my area. The salesman that came out was great, and I immediately signed a contract for the work to be completed. That's when everything went downhill... To even get the job started was a complete mess. I received several calls with different start dates and even with that, the job wasn't started on time. I had to call the office 3 days in a row asking where workers were and I was told they were on the way, except they weren't, they flat out lied! When the job was finally completed, the workers left trash and debris everywhere. I had to go around my home and pick up nails, staples, and pieces of shingles. I called several times and asked for someone to come out and use a magnet on the area. Again they stated someone would be out, and no one ever showed up. I then realized that pieces of my siding were missing, the crew literally threw them away! I called again asking for it to be replaced, the roofing crew came out with a completely different color of siding and nailed it on. I called AGAIN stating that wasn't the right way to do it and again had to wait and wait for someone to come out and fix it! I also had concerns with the flashing around my chimney, the worker said it didn't look pretty, but that it would work for it's intended purpose and that since it works, they wouldn't tear it off to do it correctly. I was blown away that they wouldn't do things the "right" way and that I was paying for a cobbled job. After everything was said and done (in September) I just received a call stating I owed over $11k. I was shocked, as the job was done and completed months ago. They now state they had to replace plywood under the roof and I owed the extra money. Never was this discussed or mentioned to me while the job was being completed or even remotely after. These people are crooks! The good reviews are astounding to me. They truly suck in every way! DON'T HIRE BAY TO BAY!! read more

Bottom Line: Run (Don't Walk) to Another Company (unless you have the desire to be swindled out of money by the owner, Jerold Saeman). After collecting several roofing bids, this company was the lowest. Bay To Bay wrote the bid for $4800, which was well below that of other companies (that should have been our first warning sign). However, the final cost of work was $1320 over what was initialed quoted. Second warning sign, we were told only two sheets of plywood would be needed for our job, but the company happened to deliver 20 sheets of plywood to the work site at $55.00 each totaling an additional $1,100. Next warning sign, we were told only white and grey edge caps are available for our work site, but wait for it . . . the company inadvertently delivered a hickory color to our work site only to tell us those are not available for install (guessing the white and grey cost more than the hickory color that would have matched our work site. Got to make that money, Jerold). But here is the final warning sign that by far should catch potential customers' attention, when we asked to meet with the owner, Jerold Saeman, over our concerns, he flat out refused and began screaming into the phone that he would put a lien on our work site and take us to court. He exclaimed, "I don't have time to meet with my customers, I am too busy, stop acting like a child." Now, I am not sure about others, but as a person in a customer service related field, I could never nor would I ever speak to a customer in such a manner. Lastly, if you take a glance at his reviews on Yelp and Google it seems that we were not the first ones to be swindled by Mr. Too Busy For My Customers. Needless to say, should you decide to go with this company, be prepared to fork over additional monies (I read in some reviews others had to pay up to $5000 more than what was estimated - YIKES!) . . . good luck! Oh one more item, we had planned to do six additional roofing projects likely totaling near $30,000, but Mr. Too Busy for My Customers you don't need to worry about getting any of our business moving forward, hoping this saves you the time it seems you so desperately need. read more

This company did a job on us. We hired them to fix a sagging in part of our roof and re-shingle. They guaranteed they could reinforce the existing structure by "sistering" 2 x 6's to the existing 2 x 4. This is a older cottage, which they knew. We agreed to pay any additional cost incurred once the roof was exposed to do that reinforcement and were told it would only involve about 6 beams to raise up and sister. They sent a crew who obviously were rip off and shingle only with no knowledge of what had been quoted. I called the owner Jerold and Justin to confirm weeks before the project began, that the job quoted would alleviate the structural issue and they reassured us that Hunter was their best estimator and what he quoted would. They lied! Had I not been right there the shingles which were not leaking, would have been ripped off and a roof back on with no new decking which 3 pieces were supposed to be included and not one structural inch of work done. Not one piece of decking or 2 x 6 ever on site. So, when I called their job supervisor, he came out and NEGATED what the original estimator told us and said "no the whole roof structure would have to be torn off and all new trusses", for the tune of another $10,000 plus. New trusses were never mentioned when Hunter, the estimator came to our house. So here we are with a new SAGGING ROOF. All these people care about is getting a job, and not providing what was asked for or a valid solution for a problem. We requested a permit to be pulled which they didn't until after the fact.
