Sadly we lost one tree and we had a palm tree rubbing on the power lines into our home creating a fire danger, especially since it was covered with many rows of dead fronds. I contacted numerous companies and received outrageous quotes and they could not even do the work until late November. I contacted Scott and that evening he came out to give me a quote for the job. The next day he went to work. Despite no access from the back of the yard, fruit trees and 2 fences limiting access he worked with determination and diligence that was amazing. He trimmed the dead fronds, with his co-worker carried all the dead fronds through the yard to the trailer and even raked the path they had taken but the are under the palm and surrounding trees leaving it not a trace of dead vegetation or that they had been there. Scott not only does a terrific job but his is a young man that takes pride in his work and being true his commitment to his customers. Twin redwoods to the side of the house had branches hanging over the sidewalk and were creeping towards the street. In a preemptive move to mitigate liability in this wonderful state, I got in touch with Scott. He responded quickly, came to check out the project and we agreed on a fair price. I talked about what I thought I wanted and he had even better suggestions, i.e. "raising the crown of both trees." He patiently waited till funds were in line and was very accomodating regarding the actual service date. He and helper took less than two hours, which included him thoughtfully checking in with me a few times to make sure I liked the way it was shaping up.
