    Sunrise from my room.

Lovely Bed and Breakfast! I went for a solo weekend away and it was a beautiful space, amazing breakfast and great conversation. I hope to come back with my kiddos one day!

By far, one of the best stays I've had in Virginia! The hosts made my family and I feel at home and welcome to their beautiful estate. The estate is incredible with an amazing waterfront view and a warm fire pit on the water's edge. Additionally, the bedrooms were spacious, clean and extremely comfortable! Breakfast was amazing and our compliments to the chef! The hosts provided wonderful recommendations for evening dinners and activities/site seeing locations in the local area. The hosts were friendly, engaging and accommodating to every need/request we inquired. I can't wait to come back and stay at this beautiful place! Thank you for making my family and I feel at home and cared for! Kevin!

    Crepes are delicious!!

5 reasons why I would recommend everyone I know to stay at Bay Tree Manor: 1. Location, Location, Location.... We were looking for a place right on the bay with a dock with a private resort like experience in a b&b.... We didn't think it was possible or it existed, but it does and the views won't disappoint. 2. Hospitality... Paige and Mark are wonderful hosts. They truly care about their guests and getting to know you. They make you feel like family. 3. Upgraded amenities.... They haven't skipped the quality on anything. From the plush beds that make you want to never get out of bed, to the sea salts for the bath and the plush towels and toiletries. You find the quality you don't always find at 5 star hotels. 4. Food.... We stayed two nights and our breakfast both days was delicious! There was so much food we skipped lunch both days! 5. Perfect place if you just want to get away from it all. We took full advantage of everything they had to offer. We went crabbing from the pier, took the kayaks out and laid by the pool. We have stayed at over 10 b&bs and this was by far our favorite. We travel a lot and you can't beat the views from the rooms and the hospitality you will get here. Way to set the bar high!!!! Looking forward to our next stay!

A breathtaking view... I could sit here for days!

This was our first experience with a bed and breakfast and I'm not sure if any others will ever match up. We were greeted by Paige who was warm and friendly... I felt like I had just arrived at an old friends house. She was welcoming and hospitable. Moments after were arrived we had a drink in our hand and a delicious appetizer on its way. The bed was very comfortable and the view was amazing! Peace and quiet... I could have stayed here for days. Breakfast was delicious! I was stuffed but kept on eating because it was so good. I will definitely be going back to Bay Tree Manor!

Paige and Mark felt like family by the end of our stay (the kind of family you LIKE to spend time with).

The parking lot is huge and I was pleasantly surprised that the parking offered natural trails, a playground, and a pollination garden! The inside of the museum is full of history with some impressive displays. My sons were really impressed with the videos, and the walk-in models made for an unforgettable experience. The staff was friendly, you can't beat the price! They have a cafe and gift shop. If you're a history buff or your looking for something unique in Hampton Roads just check them out!

We pay $1 entrance fee for each of us. This was such a bargain. We only regret having 90 minutes to see everything, and we don't think we saw everything. We go immediately to the area to see the movie about the Battle of Hampton Roads: Merrimack versus the Monitor. Before we see it, we have time to see replica of CSS VIRGINIA which was built into Merrimack. Also see first ironclad from Korea with dragon head. Movie is a 360 experience, with seats that swivel all around. Three screens in front and 4 small screens on either side of us captivate us. Above us were gears that supposedly turned the turret out of site, rotating when the movie narrator said it did. After the movie we go to see the turret that was pulled out of the bay. It is upside down! It won't be rotated until it is restored. They do t want to damage it. Then we see the replica. When we go outside l, we walk the replica of the deck of the USS Monitor. Supposedly this is how it looked when it was built. It's huge! We go back inside to see a bit of the movie about the retrieval of the turret, and the dangerous weather they encountered. They almost thought they'd have to leave it behind, for fear of damaging it. But they succeeded and we saw what they retrieved. We go out into the lobby area, with a huge gold American eagle. There is a Lighthouse fresnel, projecting rainbow light around the area. We only have 15 minutes before closing do we rush through the remaining rooms that have shop replicas (including the Titanic and Queen Elizabeth cruise ships), ship figure Hills, a lifeboat that you can get into, and more. We will definitely be back when we have more time to see the movies we missed and to linger over the exhibits.

I believe this place is fairly new, because I so remember something else being in this spot some years ago. However, I could be wrong, but let's focus on present day... I was invited to a 50th birthday celebration here last Saturday. I had a general idea of where the place was located since I am sorta familiar with the area being a native and all. But we arrived close to 7pm and everything was all set up. My friend advised us to arrive at 6:45pm because it was a surprise party for her husband... so we popped in and everything was in tact. Even the workers were on their post awaiting to great the guest and provide service. I especially loved seeing this! I don't know about you, but I have been places where people are still setting up or put the early arrival guest in a waiting area until the main area is set. Well not at 757 events, they were on point!! I can be long winded when writing reviews, but I like to give yall an experience and feel how I felt when I visited. Especially, since this is the first review... This place is really all the rage!! Not too big of a event space, but just the right size to entertain a group of 100 maybe more. But a few tables were set up along with a few cocktail tables... a club lounge vibe it gave. I believe the owner decorate the spot, so my friend gave a vision and it came to life last Saturday night. Another big plus... the owner catered the event. The buffet set up is away from the party people... I loved this!!! I didn't have to worry about smelling like food or even the venue smelling like food! The bar set up... another big plus!! I believe the bartender was set up through the owner and he was on point too. Even though he was a one man show, he kept the drinks flowing... no complaints, all smiles!! Now the parking lot is rather small. I did not notice if more parking was behind the building. But if you arrive early enough no worries here, as we did. Overall, this place is gorgeous and far as I can see ran properly and with love! You can tell whoever is behind this, loves what they do. I highly recommend you look into this venue space for your party needs big or small. Take care and enjoy life :)

She is such a joy to work with. For someone like me that worries about every little detail, I felt comfortable leaving it all to her. She is professional, kind and makes sure you are at ease during the entire process. I told her exactly what my vision was and she went ABOVE AND BEYOND. The staff that was there on the day of my event were also very friendly and professional. We loved the bartender. Most importantly, the food was delicious. Not one complaint was given. You will not be disappointed if you book with 757 events. They handle it ALL, food, decorations, liquor, DJ if needed. My husband had the best surprise party ever. I will book here time and time again. Thank you, Karen, and your wonderful staff!
