Upon reading this article I felt the need to comment on my stress free buying experience using Brianna Davis as my realtor. Just to get an idea of what an amazing realtor Brianna is, let me first paint you a picture of who I am. I am a type-A driven, very picky, and often anxious guy who expects people to perform at a very high level (at/or approaching excellence). When they underperform, I'm not afraid to let them and their companies know that my expectations have not been met. Here is a list of things about Brianna that were great: 1. She is punctual. 2. She quickly returns e-mails and phone calls. 3. She is a great resource person and has knowledge of where to refer you for answers if she doesn't have them. 4. She is great at forming relationships with sellers and buyers, and everyone else intricate to the process such as lenders and title officers, to ensure that her client's needs are met. 5. She has a background in interior design, so she can tell you the potential of any space. 6. She is organized, detail oriented, and thorough, and is great at helping things to happen in a fast and chaos free way. MOST IMPORTANTLY: 7. She is not pushy at the risk of getting you into a place that you are not happy with in order to make a quick sale. My search for a home lasted approximately six months. During that time, I saw a lot of wonderful homes, but I was looking for something absolutely perfect. One month ago Brianna found that perfect place for me. I fought her on it a little at first, because it was getting late in the day, and I was tired, but Bri told me, "You need to look at this home, it is not going to last in this location and at this price". She was right, it had been on the MLS for 1 day and was about to have an offer, my offer. Though it was late, Bri wrote the offer up for me that night. 2.5 weeks later, I signed the closing papers for the house of my dreams, and moved in that same day. I have nothing but good to say about my experience using Brianna Davis as my realtor. If you want to have a great home buying/selling experience, I would recommend that you give Brianna a chance to make that happen.

At the beginning of our process she asked me to begin collecting pictures of kitchens that appealed to me. True story .... We met on several occasions and I was able to share my vision for our new kitchen but, what I was describing was not matching the pictures I was saving on Pinterest. Rachel carefully shared her thoughts and helped me see that what I wanted was a modern farmhouse. Along the way, she provided us with multiple versions of designs and was always willing to tweak them to make it easier for us to make decisions. Besides designing our kitchen Rachel was involved in all aspects of our project by helping us select flooring materials, paint and cabinet colors, hardware, new fireplace design and lighting fixtures. She took us shopping for backsplash tile and countertops. Rachel responded to questions promptly which helped keep the worries down to a minimum. Remodeling can be quite stressful and she was incredibly understanding and willing to support. Rachel helped me move out of my comfort zone and the results are stunning. We couldn't be more please and highly recommend Rachel to anyone dreaming of a new beautiful kitchen!

Because of the age of the house, window placement, and a fireplace, the dimensions were somewhat difficult to work with. Carly was patient and kind even though I gave her the wrong measurements on the range, and she had to go back and change the cabinet layout. Her knowledge was front and center as we navigated what could have ended up being a disaster but her suggestions and vision made our reno a wonderful experience.
