I will NEVER live somewhere like this again. this apartment complex has caused me more stress and heartache than any place I have ever lived! I have now lived here almost a year. we moved here because harvey affected us and there was limited places to go. When I first started leasing (sept 2017) I moved into a two bedroom. there was supposed to be a 'special offer' for moving in, but apparently we had come in one day late, which was ridiculous considering when we called they offered the special and never said it was ending the next day. moving forward, nothing in our apartment worked, not the a/c, the tub, the washer& dryer hookups. the balcony door didn't shut all the way (which made out electric bill extremely high.) we called and called but no one ever came to fix the issue. (march 2018) we transferred to a one bedroom. we had a move in date of march 9th, but we were made to wait another week until march 16th, because they didn't have our unit ready. once we moved it, again nothing worked. the a/c kept going out, the shower had no water pressure. we called and called again and they came out once and made it to where our shower only sprayed scolding hot water and our a/c still barley works. my rent goes up every month. I pay almost 200 dollars JUST FOR WATER. anyways those aren't even the worst things. so my lease was supposed to be up this septemeber 2018. when we transferred we thought we signed a 6 month lease because that is what we discussed. apparently not. it is no a whole year lease. not being able to move until march 2019. how? I have no idea. I never got a copy of my lease. I have asked to be emailed my lease and their computers are down or they are "too busy". I know for a fact I only wanted a 6 month lease, whether or not they messed up on the lease or changed it ILLEGALLY after we signed. I may never know. Many empty promises to fix damage from leaking air conditioner unit. At this point i had to move my fiancé and family out since our kids have started to have breathing issues and continued illness due to mold. Apartment has been treated multiple times with no resolve. These pictures were taken two weeks after last clean up and treatment. So much for having two bathrooms when only one of them is safe to walk into. The roaches are everywhere, in the dishwasher, cabinets, refrigerator. They tried to keep their food in the fridge instead of cabinets and then the roaches still went for the chips. This complex was rotting with black mold and my floors were falling thru because of the mold. They refused to fix it for over 5 months until a lawyer called them and until I filed safety reports nwith the city. It was too late and the damage to my health was done by then. I am going thru the medical treatment for it now and so is my dog. When I moved out they broke TX state law (per my lawyer at Miller law firm). They have ignored all certified mail and attempts to resolve the issue. They then illegally charged me and other renters (we've found 3 others) over $1400 and turned us over to collections. They have been cited twice and refused to respond. They are required to disclose safety issues and fix them. They are also required to pay back rent on an uninhabitable unit. DONT LIVE HERE. Yes this is an old complex but that isn't an excuse for the problems that my husband and I have had here. I'm almost ashamed to say that we've been renting here for just over 3 years. We thought we'd be saving money and all would be grand. Now here's where the review gets good. All of the photos that I've uploaded for your viewing displeasure are from our actual apartment and from the areas of the complex surrounding our building. I hope if this review doesn't persuade you to stay clear of this dump that the pictures will. To start: the office staff. For whatever reason we've had to contact them it always resulted in a fiasco. We've been lied to more than twice. We're always told what the person on the phone THINKS we want to hear. Our issues are slow to be resolved, if resolved at all. We're constantly told by one person that "this" is the situation but after speaking to someone else about the same issue we find the opposite to be true. I could go into a lot more detail but I'd rather cut to the chase: the reasons WHY we've had to contact the office staff so often. Yes, it's an old complex but that's no excuse for the laziness and incompetence of the staff to get the issues solved. The A/C CHAPTER -Our A/C was a huge issue for a long time. The inside is covered in mold or mildew, upon move-in our apartment came with a deluxe bucket to catch the water dripping from the condenser (that we had to dump every day), and because it is a unit from the 20's it couldn't keep up with the heat causing our electric bill to jump to $212 FOR A ONE BEDROOM APARTMENT LESS THAN 800 sf!!! I can't recall the number of times we had to call about this problem but, finally after about 6 months the new manager got someone in to replace the condenser. Yes, juicy photos of that experience included. The TRASH CHAPTER-we're all for a clean complex and that's the way it should be. ONE of the features of this place is the valet trash service. But they are quick to slap a notice on your door for not using the provided trash receptacle but the complex has no qualms about the trash sitting around the parking lot, the trash man coming at 6 in the morning and slamming the dumpsters down repeatedly and leaving a trail of garbage floating behind him, or the young kids who have been allowed to chalk graffiti all over the building walls. There's more but I'm bored with this subject. It never ends. The STRAY CAT CHAPTER-my word this place was almost over run with strays. Our neighbor thought it a great idea to keep leaving food and water out for them which attracted more. They get into people's trash (the ones that wouldn't use the provided receptacle) and that gets spread everywhere not to mention the fleas and disease they could be spreading to our inside pets. When contacting the office staff about the issue we were told that Animal Control had been notified. Yeah. A year later and it's still a problem. The EVERYTHING ELSE CHAPTER-we were told to remove any grills and bikes from our patios and balconies (or we would be fined) because they're striving for a more "unified look". Well if that's their goal then they need to take a jack hammer to all the other drive ways to match the one in front of our building that has a huge crater in the middle of it, now a week old. I've included that photo as well. What else? Broken disposal that went unfixed for almost a week, the quality of people they allow to rent there, the parking lots are too small and when sharing with people that can't park to begin with... I want to pull my hair out. I'm sure there is much more I've left out either because I'm tired of typing or can't bare to think of the horrors any longer. Please heed my warning. We've been living here for the past 5 years and get ready for the list of complaints. Before I begin the only reason we still stay here is because we work so close to the apartment and the prices are not bad. 01. The apartments are infested by cockroaches 02. The foundation moves according to seasons which means none of the front door locks work right. They have to adjust them every year. 03. Trash collection people show up whenever they feel like it 04. None of the maintenance people can speak any English. As a result when you ask them to fix the stove they replace the air filter. 05. There's a huge utility bill every month they will bill you separately if you use the utilities or not 06. There's raccoons in the parking lot 07. Front office people are very rude and don't like to help you. They are extremely helpful when they're signing you up for a new lease. 08. Rain gutters haven't been repaired since late 80's. As a result your whole patio get soaked every time it rains 09. The A/C units suck so bad I got tired of complaining for the past 5 years so I went ahead and bought portable ac units for every room 10. The fridge didn't work right when we moved in on 2010 and they replaced it on 2014 11. Stove and dishwasher is over 20 years old, don't work right. We have been complaining since the first day we moved in but they don't care. Avoid this dump and save your hard earned money. We have grandfathered in a lower rate and that's the only reason we don't pack up and leave. read more

If you're living here you're strictly paying for the area.....only a handful of apartments are zoned to Clear Springs high school. We haven't been here a full year and can't wait to leave. Drug deals happened right in front of you, They have no shame. My FULLY UPGRADED apt. Is failing apart. The trash is unbearable, I look at torn up blinds daily walking to my car. Some front doors look like the mold is trying to escape from their apt. This place is truly a disappointment. Not a place for children bc they drive in the parking lot like it's bay area blvd. Over priced and under value!! Leasing office is all rainbows and butterflies but walk into the resident center to see the most happiest people ever, don't walk in there in a good mood, the door frame sucks that out on your way out. read more

So due to me hoping to be at the place of buying a home I gave complex with its new name (Rosemont at Clear Creek) a second chance and signed an additional 10 month lease after the first lease was up. Needless to say I regret it . I had a full on roach infestation that I paid a private pest control company to come in and treat due to squatters living in the apartment below me for several months. I literally had to hire a lawyer and pay $499 for a mold test that confirmed my apartment had toxic mold before the office would do ANYTHING ! I was hung up on by the current complex manager Nicholas because I told him that I was going to have my lawyer reach out due to the fact that my mold service request wasn't looked into for over 3 months. They finally sent someone in and he spray painted my vent covers with killz primer and told my fiancé that we just had dust that needed to be cleaned off After I notified my attorney and spoke to Ulrica about the issue they sent a mold remediation company a couple days later who properly cleaned the vents however the bigger issue of a contaminated HVAC system is still at hand . The rent might be cheap and you think you can deal with whatever for that amount of money but you will regret it. 3 weeks into my lease I was miserable. I am extremely ready for my year to be up. 2 plugs in the whole apartment worked. We rarely ever have hot water. If we do, it's for 5 minutes. I have a 6 month old and we have to boil hot water just so she isn't freezing like me. The front office is extremely rude. The resident office never picks up the phone. Even if you get a renovated apartment, which I did, they do a horrible job. Everything is sloppy. Paint on counter tops, cabinets, floors. We have told them about the water damage that was present when we moved in and no one has come to even look at it. read more

This used to be a comfortable, moderately priced complex, but since Mosaic properties took it over abruptly about 6 to 8 months ago, they have run it into the ground. They've been "about to" paint and do patio repairs since they took over, but it looks more and more like a slum. They don't replace outdoor lighting, leading to pitch black courtyards. The resident help Center inexcusably DOESN'T EVEN HAVE VOICE MAIL! Work requests are ignored. They are "upgrading" apartment interiors to charge market rates for a place that's become a slum. I sent emails and met with staff trying to work out some way I could stay in my unrenovated 1 BR apt for 3 months past my lease expiration - they wanted to raise my rent by $300 a month - market rate plus $100 for month to month for a place that's deplorable. By the time someone from corporate showed interest in working with me so I could stay, I had already found a nicer place at a better rate with infinitely better customer service right down the street. They will tell you they took over from bad previous management and are fixing the problems, but that's completely untrue. It nosedived when Mosaic came in, and customer service became non-existent, while the rental rates have gone up!Don't be fooled by the model apartments, walk around the whole complex. This place is the Titanic, save yourself the trouble and go somewhere else! read more

I will say a lot of these pictures are misleading. I've lived here over a year and the only real thing I can complain about are my neighbors, which most have left already mainly by eviction. The complex has been taken over by new management and they are truly cleaning things up. Since I've been here I've noticed constant changes. Even the staff has become a much more polite bunch. Personally I've never experienced any major problems living here. For the location, size of apartment and price it really is a bargain. I AM LIVID with this property management. I have been living here for 1 month. Upon my arrival, before anything was moved in I had a slew of cockroaches in my sink. Also, my a/c unit is not working. I have called to complain 5-6 times speaking with different people hoping that a new representative will be able to help me. every time they swear up and down that my unit is working not knowing that I LIVE IN THE APARTMENT. I know best if the a/c unit is working. To cross reference my complaint I went into my neighbors unit who is next door. Her unit was working perfectly. Nice and cool ... We also compared electric bills based upon our K/W usage and how much is paid per cent. I should not be paying close to 200 a month for a 700 SF apartment. She tries to blame is on the fact that I am with a prepaid company... I did the math... for a regular unit I would only be spending about 20 dollars more for a prepaid. DO NOT MOVE HERE. If you enjoy working with an incompetent property manager and a list of excuses that do not match, as well as residing with an infestation I would say this is perfect the place for you. I am fed up, I wish i had the opportunity to talk to the rest of the residents before I moved in because more then 3 others have had the same issues and they all told me to run. Probably one of the worst apartments ever avoid it at all cost ! They never fix anything on time, and want to blame it on you. The roaches are definitely unfixable they give you little sticky traps and say someone will come out and spray ! Not to mention you pay for that every month with rent. No matter how clean you are, the roachs will come. Also they have fleas or bed bugs and blame it on the cats that are roaming the area. HORRIBLE OFFICE staff! Never can keep a manager. So, where do I start on this hell hole? Hmm, let's go with my bathroom. Yes, I still live here, and I've only lived here since the end of march, and I've already got issues. My bathroom, the side of my sink is rotted out so there is a leak somewhere. The paint on my bath tub is pealing, which makes giving my 2 year old a bath, dangerous. The bathroom door will not close if the AC is running, and my toilet runs and runs and runs some more. My kitchen. Well for one, storage is impossible in a teeny place like my own, and not to mention the dishwasher likes to decide when it wants to work. The oven is ancient, my refrigerator is cracked and dented in all sorts of places, and I cant get a good balance for the freezer, either is frozen solid items with frost on everything, or melting. I don't get it. Living and dining room aren't so bad, except, there's no light in the ceiling of my living room, yet there's one for my dining room. Wtf? Over all. I've killed about 5 roaches since I moved in, and about 10 that were outside, you know, the giant ones that fly? Blechhhh. I will be bombing my home probably in the next few days, before the infestation gets any worse. Also, every time it rains, there's a constant waterfall DUMPING onto my back patio... Cruddy rain gutters. The pool is nice, except for the fact that the ratio of chlorine to water is about 999999999 : 1. Also, management is horrendous. I got a dirty look for requesting a trash can. Like... seriously? This is my very first time living on my own, and honestly, I want to move back to my mom and dads house. It kind of blows living here. the parking lot is insane, you can never be guaranteed a parking spot, and a lot of the tenants are loud and rude in the middle of the night. Also Ive gotten a notice about leaving an empty box outside for trash pick up. Apparently everything has to be in a bag. Maybe if your trash people werent so f*cking lazy, I could leave a small box out there, rather than waste more plastic by putting it in there. Mail is always mixed up, and I keep receiving letters for the previous tenants... They've been out since february! But anyway, my AC works fine so far, I dont turn it down past 70 anyway, and the ceiling fan in my bedroom keeps the air circulating pretty well. Other than that, I upkeep my place as much as possible, but there's only so much one can do. But honestly, Don't live here unless you're kind of like me, and rarely around to deal with such issues. read more

I've been all over the country and lived in some real hellholes but I believe I have now found a new champ. Mold (from the A/C, vents, plumbing above and beside you), roaches, fights, stray cats and dogs, toilet AND bathtub backflows, potholes, damaged vehicles, drugs, flooded walkways, a complete lack of competence by maintanence, and a Dr. Jekyll front office (you get Mr. Hyde after the lease paperwork is filled out). There are two huge plus sides that make this place worth it though. If you are a parent who doesnt want a kid to move out, have them rent here and they'll come running back in no time. The most positive thing that I can come up with is that this place helps build some serious character. I was going to rant about this place but I see a few other residents unlucky enough to have to call this place home. My family just moved out of here and not a day too soon. Everything said previously is true and the one thing I would add is our experience with the ROACHES. Our place was infested and we were told to have the apartment sprayed 4 weeks consecutively to eradicate the pests. We did this and all it did was piss the roaches off and they were all over our apartment instead of just in the kitchen. Finally, I just decided to live with them because there was no use in trying to get rid of them. TRASH - it's $20 and they might pick it up or they might not. And God forbid you leave the bag out there if they don't pick it up. You'll get a notice. POOL - The pool nearest our apartment was usually green like a swamp. It was closed for most of the Summer in 2013. AC UNIT - We had mold growing out of our vents when we moved in. They came in and cleaned that out. Our apartment temp wouldn't go any cooler than 78 degrees. If we used the oven, the temp would go up. The AC was BARELY working and our electric bill was always around $300 during the warm months. One good point about this place: plenty of storage. There were two closets inside our apartment and walk in closets in both the bedrooms plus you have a decent size closet on the patio. So storage space is a plus. Bay Area Blvd is noisy as hell so if you have to rent here, get a unit away from that road. I never got a full night's rest while I lived there. It's ridiculous. Water will be shut off or hot water will be cut off without notice and could last for days. This happened to us a few times in the 12 months we lived there. I hope management is reading this. You guys need to step up your effort. It's horrible and I'm really irritated that you're making money off this slum. read more

Ugh! Where to begin?! When I first moved here, it was okay. They were cheap and I was basically getting what I paid for. I been here a little over 2 years. Now as time has gone by they want to add every single fee they could think of on to my monthly bills. They have trash pick up, which use to be free, but now they have started charging me for. They charge me if I break any of the trash rules like not closing my bags properly or not bringing the trash cans in on time. I just got a charge today for having a bag out there without the proper trash can!! Really!? I could understand if this was a nice property and they were trying to keep the place looking nice but this place is a s@#t hole! My AC has gone down several times already. My shower leaks water all over the floor every single time. Parking is okay but people like to act like they are driving BMWs and take up 2 parking spots at once. People are always having some kind of loud party. The pools are disgusting! They are never cleaned. I haven't had an pest problems which has been a miracle. Worst apartment to live. Dishonest crew and it takes months for them to fix little things! I am very happy and grateful that I no longer live here. Every month we pay our rent there's always someone new. So when someone promise you one thing and they don't comply, when you come back and follow up you're totally screwed because you got no one to point to to tell them, "i spoke to that person!" Then you have to start all over again. They charge you a high amount to get your trash pick-up and it barely gets picked up! You would think that the price for these apartments are reasonable considering the location, but believe me when I say that the headache and disappointment are highly double for the price if you live in Baybrook Village Apartments. read more

I have been residing here for a little over a year and my experience has been extremely terrible! I pay my rent on time and have been a faithful respectful teneant throughout my whole stay. I have experience unprofessionalism when interacting with the staff. They are very disrespectful and rude and do not tend to any of my concerns. I have told the office about my issues in my apartment and have yet to do their duties to make sure me and my child are living in a safe environment. The mold is ridiculous. It took them a month to come cut the mold out of my apt wall. My apartment stays clean 24/7. But yet I still can't get rid of the roaches. I pay pest control every month for them to do a horrible job spraying my apartment. Every time I request something to be done, they send me notifications of completed work orders that have not yet been carried out. (Trying to cover their butts & make their paperwork look good) The employees in the office never answer the business phones. My AC was out for over 5 months. I hate to be one of those people who write a negative review on a business, but after the experience I have had here, I would not wish it on anyone. 1) The A/C units for these apartments are not able to keep the apartments below 80 degrees in the summer. I just had my unit replaced (after requesting it to be done for a straight 2 months), and my a/c runs 24/7 just to keep the apt at 80 degrees when I have it set at 75. This makes my electric bill avg about $175 a month for a one bedroom! Just because the unit they use are way too small to cool multiple apartments. Yes one unit cools multiple apartments. You pay a higher electric bill because they are too cheap and do not care to install a more efficient a/c unit. 2) Our heat was out during the winter, maintenance would stop by, mess with some wires, and say it was fixed but nothing changed. 3) I have sent the same maintenance request three times and every time I call and ask why nothing has been done they say it is listed as completed. I literally have a light switch hanging out of the wall with all the wires connected. Other things listed on the maintenance request that have not been fixed are the following: -Leaking fridge (made in the 80's). - My front door not insulated properly ( I can see the sun light through the bottom of the door when it is shut. -Kitchen fluorescent light fixture hanging from the ceiling. -Blinds broken -Warped sagging shelves I could go on and on, the maintenance list contained 25 items that needed repair. They advertise new appliances and new renovated apartments. It is a total joke. They were new in the 70's! After someone moves out they just paint over everything, and I mean everything, they even paint over the bathtub! However all the paint starts to peel after 2 months due to so many paint jobs. You could peel it off the thickness of cardboard. I pay $683 a month for rent, but after all the other apt added fees (valet trash, water, law enforcement patrol?, and a bunch of other stuff) I pay $754 FOR A ONE BEDROOM! Rent goes up every time you renew, remember that. Saying this, I am moving to a luxury apartment named Avana Grand Palms right down the road. For $250 more a month I will get a 2 bedroom apartment with over 1200 sq ft. This one bedroom I currently reside in has less than 850 sq ft. I cannot wait to move. My husband and I decided to move here because we liked the Friendswood area & these apartments were not too pricey. We toured the place and everything seemed to check out okay. We moved in and for the first few months we didn't have many complaints. A few things to fix here or there but nothing major. Then came the bugs. I mean fleas and roaches EVERYWHERE. No matter how many times we deep cleaned. No matter how many times we called the exterminator. Its as if they like the stuff we try to kill them with. The bug problem keeps getting worse and worse. The management is ridiculously rude. We have had 4 different occasions of leaks through our walls. Each time they have taken no less than 5 days to even come and check it out. This last time they came they left 4 giant holes in our wall and 8 days later have yet to come fix it. Now we have roaches inside the giant holes crawling everywhere. I don't want to have company over because I am so embarrassed by my home. They charge us $20 extra a month to have a trash service (someone is supposed to come by our door to get our trash) however that never happens. We end up taking it ourselves. Our outdoor area is small and the foundation is very obviously slanted. The people in the front office are rude and not very helpful. I have talked to one lady that seemed to have common courtesy, but everyone else makes me feel like they hate their job and would rather not have to deal with me or anyone else. If I could give negative 1,000,000 I would or even ZERO I would, but alas I am destined to make them relevant with one star!!! If you think I'm touting there capability, efficiency, customer service, A-NOOOO! I really thought when I moved here I found a place understanding of situations and willingness to work with their residents trying to make a comeback after divorce-NO. Not only is that not the case their apartments that are renovated are NOT! My newly renovated apartment before move in had rotten wood, painted over cabinets and some cheap new appliances. Rusty water because no one thought repiping was a need after standing nearly 40 yrs. I had to get specialized water filters attached for my family to prevent dermatologist visits. Don't get me started on foundation issues that they finally addressed at the end of my lease when I already lost hope in them. In my two years here I saw three managers -THREE!!! Also, people don't pick up pet poo and pet breeds are not inforced. LASTLY!!! WHERE DOES ONE HAVE TO IN TODAY'S TIME PAY FOR A FREE SERVICE ALREADY PAID FOR BY TAX DOLLARS-Yes they require 10$ for police/ems/fire services. Also, when your lease is up they tack on 10 days...FOR WHAT? Anyone considering this place don't!!! OWNER-CONSIDER DEMO AND REBUILD SO THAT CHARGING 1564 FOR THREE BDRMS IS WORTH IT. This is the most disgusting place to ever live at. as soon as the lease was up, which was dreadfully one year, we left. We got a "final bill" saying we own $750. and $400 was for taking out "trash" we left behind. The rest for rent, even though we paid in full for the month and even leaving way before the month ended. They shampooed the carpet, and want us to pay for that, although, they should have ripped it up with all the roach infestation. We constantly requested for an exterminator, but they never showed up, we raid bombed it ourselves, twice. That had no effect. The foundation is not leveled. the roof had water damaged and leaked through, when reported, they just said they would deal with it later.. that never happened. The management is laughable. The grounds are filled with dog feces because they refuse to put up dog waste receptacles. Maintenance is a joke. If i could put 0 stars that would even be too much for this place. read more

These apartments are the worst ones ever in houston. They are badder the the dope houses in houston. Moving in here is just like moving into the crack house. The a/c dosent work and the pluming is real messed up. They have trash all over the complex and dont pick it up on time. The bathroom is one of the worst places because it leaks water over you while you are taking a bath or shower. The kitchen is the next terrible room because you have hood roaches. these are roaches that only comes out when you are cooking or the lights are off. These roaches have been around a minute. While you are cooking they will crawl on the top of the wall over your food and soon as you open the top to your food they will commit suicide by falling right in it. Lets get to the supposely new management they couldnt manage their weight with slim fast. They dont want to fix anything i had to threaten them to fix my next door neighbor a/c unit and she is 80 years old. Her a/c unit having been working for two days and she have been telling them to fix it constistly. I had to call channel 13 news to complain and then I called the office and let them know what I just did and then they came to fix her a/c. The maintenance men are the worst ones because they act like they know what they are doing but do know nothing. I had one to come check out my a/c and he couldnt even fill it but he said that it was working just fine. Then you have another maintenance men that was about to get some hot led in his butt because he was going to come in my house. I left the door open and was attending to my dog and he was to close to my door when i went out. He know that he was doing wrong so he came up with a quick story. He start telling me that the apartments told him that if he see a door open to just check on the person. I didnt believe that but he was going to feel an 47 bullet. HORRIBLE! HORRIBLE! HORRIBLE! Lived in two diff. Apt's here. Ive got my car broken into, once while I was in the car w/ my pregnant wife! I was armed, and pulled the guy to the side along w/ 3 others! Wait for the police! Horrible area for law enforcement as well since its not considered webster jurisdiction! Took 2hrs for the officers to arrive JUST to let them go! I spoke to a snobby employee named Jessica who gave a rats behind about it! Even tho i recommended for her to send out flyers, they never did! Later my roof caves in and floods with sewage water! (Downstairs apt) they did nothin upon the call of my wife, so i left work after 3hrs of flooding and spoke to them in person. What do they do? Take out the bottom pad of the carpet and left w/o a single word. I tried contacting them for a week to replace the dirty carpet, apt had a rancid smell of sewage and mildew. They could care less....i later had to go thru corporate and the manager even then tried to evict me, making up all kinds of things to get me out in fear of her job! They finally decided to put us in a diff apt. With older non working appliances and still charged me another deposit and application fee! Ridiculous! They force you to pay a trash fee of $20 a month and half the time the tradh guys dont pick it up or if it disappears its bc of the high volume of stray cats they have roaming around! Which btw i found 3 dead kittens on a sidewalk! We brought it up they said it was animal controls issue and the cats sat there for 2 days! Parking well...theres never any! The manager is another snobby one! Roaches, rats, stray cats! You name it! Oh! And my friend's a/c went out...took them 3 months to repair, whom may i add also got threatened to get evicted when she called corporate. Mere coincidence? I think not. This place still comes back to haunt me 3 years after moving out. They are claiming we owe money and I can't get even get ahold of a manager to find out what they claims we didn't pay. They were infamous for charging for things that never happened so you understand why I want to find out what they are charging for! MOLD!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! the place is a complete dump!!! roaches everywhere!!! When I moved out I cleaned everything!!!! made it look perfect and I get a bill 4 months after saying I owe 500 bucks for not cleaning.... leaving trash,,, etc... which is a complete lie!! my apartment had a leak from the upstairs 3 times.... flooded my hall way... it took them a total of 4 months to fix. I looked where my air filter was at and it was BLACK MOLD!!! I knew it was something because I began to have breathing problems. they left tacs all on my floor along with debris. Didn't even bother to put the padding back in under the carpet... it was a disaster. I moved in and the A/C wouldn't work...I called the worker on call and said hey my ac isn't working.. he said ok ill try and get to it I said do you think you can today because I have my nephews helping me? he said I don't know... I told him I would like to know because one has cancer and I don't want to have them in the heat. He said well you have to do what you have to do....my jaw dropped... so we had to stay in my old apartment on the floor...also they will try to raise your rent in the middle of your lease. also after I left they raised everyone's rent about 80 bucks just so they can buy new pool chairs....PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE!!! I never write reviews of places but I have to let everyone know of the HORRIBLE service I've received. It was okay when I first moved in, they fixed the apartment up pretty nice and even installed new carpet. It was cheap and I got what I paid for. But then the apartment ALWAYS had bugs and cockroaches! I put in request after request about it, and sprayed the apartment myself, and they keep coming back. The foundation moves so I had cracks in my walls that keep getting larger and larger. The management SUCKS! No matter who the company is, they do a HORRIBLE job!! The management was replaced by a new company, and even though I've never missed a rent payment before, they said I didn't pay my rent on time and I owed them over $300 in late fees!! It's BULL! The office staff don't know what they are doing, and they're rude whenever you call or go into the office. The maintenance requests never get fixed correctly if they even bother to come at all. I would NEVER recommend these apartments to anyone! I would give them negative starts if I could!!! WORST APARTMENTS EVER! As soon as my lease was up I moved out ASAP! read more

Horrible place to live! Mold, roaches, and rude office workers. I lived there 1 1/2 long years with my young daughter. I knew there was mold surrounding the vents but I didn't realize the effect it was having on my daughter. She was constantly sick with upper respiratory infections. I even had her adenoids removed trying to help but it didn't work. Just a couple weeks after surgery she was sick again. A few months later I was fortunate enough to buy my house and move out. I have been gone from this place for 2 years now and my daughter has only had one cold since being gone. From reading the reviews it sounds like nothing has changed since then. I'm writing this review to let people know the health risk the mold could be presenting to their children or themselves. Also be aware that when you move the roaches come with you. I spent a lot of money exterminating my new house. I know for a fact that the house I moved to was roach free because I bought my parents house that I grew up in. Never had a roach problem until I moved from those infested apartments. read more
