DO NOT RENT HERE. Do your research. Read the City-search, ApartmentRatings.com, and other reviews, they do not lie! Yes this is an old complex but that isn't an excuse for the problems that my husband and I have had here. I'm almost ashamed to say that we've been renting here for just over 3 years. We thought we'd be saving money and all would be grand. Now here's where the review gets good. All of the photos that I've uploaded for your viewing displeasure are from our actual apartment and from the areas of the complex surrounding our building. I hope if this review doesn't persuade you to stay clear of this dump that the pictures will. To start: the office staff. For whatever reason we've had to contact them it always resulted in a fiasco. We've been lied to more than twice. We're always told what the person on the phone THINKS we want to hear. Our issues are slow to be resolved, if resolved at all. We're constantly told by one person that "this" is the situation but after speaking to someone else about the same issue we find the opposite to be true. I could go into a lot more detail but I'd rather cut to the chase: the reasons WHY we've had to contact the office staff so often. Yes, it's an old complex but that's no excuse for the laziness and incompetence of the staff to get the issues solved. The A/C CHAPTER -Our A/C was a huge issue for a long time. The inside is covered in mold or mildew, upon move-in our apartment came with a deluxe bucket to catch the water dripping from the condenser (that we had to dump every day), and because it is a unit from the 20's it couldn't keep up with the heat causing our electric bill to jump to $212 FOR A ONE BEDROOM APARTMENT LESS THAN 800 sf!!! I can't recall the number of times we had to call about this problem but, finally after about 6 months the new manager got someone in to replace the condenser. Yes, juicy photos of that experience included. The TRASH CHAPTER-we're all for a clean complex and that's the way it should be. ONE of the features of this place is the valet trash service. But they are quick to slap a notice on your door for not using the provided trash receptacle but the complex has no qualms about the trash sitting around the parking lot, the trash man coming at 6 in the morning and slamming the dumpsters down repeatedly and leaving a trail of garbage floating behind him, or the young kids who have been allowed to chalk graffiti all over the building walls. There's more but I'm bored with this subject. It never ends. The STRAY CAT CHAPTER-my word this place was almost over run with strays. Our neighbor thought it a great idea to keep leaving food and water out for them which attracted more. They get into people's trash (the ones that wouldn't use the provided receptacle) and that gets spread everywhere not to mention the fleas and disease they could be spreading to our inside pets. When contacting the office staff about the issue we were told that Animal Control had been notified. Yeah. A year later and it's still a problem. The EVERYTHING ELSE CHAPTER-we were told to remove any grills and bikes from our patios and balconies (or we would be fined) because they're striving for a more "unified look". Well if that's their goal then they need to take a jack hammer to all the other drive ways to match the one in front of our building that has a huge crater in the middle of it, now a week old. I've included that photo as well. What else? Broken disposal that went unfixed for almost a week, the quality of people they allow to rent there, the parking lots are too small and when sharing with people that can't park to begin with... I want to pull my hair out. I'm sure there is much more I've left out either because I'm tired of typing or can't bare to think of the horrors any longer. Please heed my warning. Look at the pictures. Look inside your heart. Save yourself the pain. I know you'll make the right decision.

If you're living here you're strictly paying for the area.....only a handful of apartments are zoned to Clear Springs high school. We haven't been here a full year and can't wait to leave. Drug deals happened right in front of you, They have no shame. My FULLY UPGRADED apt. Is failing apart. The trash is unbearable, I look at torn up blinds daily walking to my car. Some front doors look like the mold is trying to escape from their apt. This place is truly a disappointment. Not a place for children bc they drive in the parking lot like it's bay area blvd. Over priced and under value!! Leasing office is all rainbows and butterflies but walk into the resident center to see the most happiest people ever, don't walk in there in a good mood, the door frame sucks that out on your way out.

So due to me hoping to be at the place of buying a home I gave complex with its new name (Rosemont at Clear Creek) a second chance and signed an additional 10 month lease after the first lease was up. Needless to say I regret it . I had a full on roach infestation that I paid a private pest control company to come in and treat due to squatters living in the apartment below me for several months. I literally had to hire a lawyer and pay $499 for a mold test that confirmed my apartment had toxic mold before the office would do ANYTHING ! I was hung up on by the current complex manager Nicholas because I told him that I was going to have my lawyer reach out due to the fact that my mold service request wasn't looked into for over 3 months. They finally sent someone in and he spray painted my vent covers with killz primer and told my fiancé that we just had dust that needed to be cleaned off After I notified my attorney and spoke to Ulrica about the issue they sent a mold remediation company a couple days later who properly cleaned the vents however the bigger issue of a contaminated HVAC system is still at hand . This place is getting worst! Don't let the name change fool you. Look at the pics of what was being pumped out my HVAC system I'm so glad my lease is nearly up !!!!

This place should be condemned. It's a complete dump and the office staff and maintenance are rude and shady.

You're not allowed to have anything on your patio or that will be a lease violation. You're not allowed to grill in the complex. There have been several car break ins and cars stolen from the complex. We have also had our cars vandalized several times but all the office will say is I'm sorry that happened to you with no resolutions. Every month there is a problem with the boiler room causing you not to have hot water. Therefore you can't comfortably take a shower, wash dishes or clothes. If you want pedophiles try to lure your children i, then this is the place to be. There have been gunshots heard in the complex and people shot in the parking lot but the office would not do anything to make this place safer to live. Also, if you don't like having power to your apartment, then this is the place to live. The power infrastructure is very poor over here, causing you to lose power randomly throughout the summer when the temperatures are 90+. Some of these apartments are roach infested which is hard to get rid of. Every time you sign a new lease is signed, the price goes up with no improvements to your apartment or the complex as a whole so I don't know where the extra money is going. The children are not safe in the complex with people always speeding in the parking lot or along the street. I have seen several accidents happen from people speeding but once again the office does not do anything about it. All they are worried about is people having stuff on their patio. I would highly not recommend moving here if you're looking for a safe place to live.

We cleaned our apartment to the T and still saw no money back for the deposit. We do have a pet and although it's understandable that they bring an odor no matter what. We had the carpets cleaned by professionals. As well as paying the "animal rent" of $15 a month. With paying the pet deposit of $250 (non refundable) and the $15/ month. They still charged us $368.15 for replacing the carpet. Which you would think would be covered by the pet deposit and sum of money you pay a month to have said pet. With a pet or without a pet I would not expect any money back from the deposit you put down renting with the regatta. Do not waste your time with the office, as you will not get ahold of them or have any sense of urgency when needing a problem fixed. Not only with the deposit you dont get back. Both our dual dryer/washer and dishwasher both stopped working, and took over a month to find out the problem and replace all utilities. If you can afford another apartment complex I would 100% find another option.

I lived there for two years, during which they cycled through seven maintenance employees--yes,…read moreseven--and not one of them was ever consistently on the property. My work orders were routinely marked as completed, yet nothing was ever actually fixed. When I brought this up to the assistant manager, Patsy, she always acted surprised, as if she had no idea why the requests were closed without being addressed. At one point, I had multiple leaks in my living room ceiling. It took them three weeks just to patch the holes in the roof. Meanwhile, mold began to grow in several spots on the ceiling. I'm not claiming it was black mold, but it was definitely mold. I submitted several work orders about it, and each time Patsy and whoever was handling maintenance at the time would promise to bring in a contractor--but that never happened. I ended up living with that mold for over a year. And that's not even mentioning the roach infestation and the rats. Ask the other residents. They don't speak out for fear of eviction or non-renewal. They cannot find anything else affordable. Most residents stay silent because they simply can't afford to move anywhere else. It's heartbreaking. Shame on the management company and the owners for allowing people to live in such conditions--and for being dishonest about move-out costs. Shame on the owners and management company for making people live like that.

Save yourself the headache and **DO NOT RENT HERE** This place is a health hazard and a safety…read morerisk. Let's just start by the office staff is nice but they don't do much. Getting them to answer the phone when you call is like playing the lottery. These apartments are filled with mold in the carpet and on the windows/doors. They will "clean" the carpet but it's so worn down they need to be changed. The AC system is so old and outdated they aren't clean at all and will drip into other apartments. They have this smell to them and have some kind of goop coming from the bottom of where the vent is,it's absolutely disgusting. They will put a deodorizer to mask the smell but not fix the problem so you will have to repeat the process. They just paint over and water damage or mold spots so you wouldn't know until your health changes. They are infested with roaches, silverfish and earwigs. It doesn't matter how much you clean. The safety risk is that there is no type of police on the premises. There have been many occasions of police entering for other reasons such as there have been 2 gun incidents none which were reported to us residents at the time. There has been a car chase in the complex as well. Also people going through your car and taking your belongings if you do not lock it at night. This is supposed to be a "gated community " and Luxury Far from it. People having arguments and fights all hours of the night in the parking lot and let's not forget no parking. People who have garages, do not park their car inside they will keep multiple cars in the parking spaces. People walk dogs without leashes scary for people who have small children. The garbage is over flowing and it takes a while for it to be cleaned up. If you know you have that much garbage it probably would be a good idea to get extra dumpster! This brings families of raccoons at night and possums while trying to throw out your trash and trying not to get rabies. The construction that has gone on for the past 2 years is horrific they will plug their power tools into your patio and your light inside your apartment will flicker great if you're working from home like I was. Your electric bill with extra and according to the office it does not go to your bill but it sure does. It has been done to multiple resident and we all saw an increase in our bill.

Anything I needed, asked for, questioned - they were on top of it, and they were so polite. If I had a maintenance problem, Eric and the maintenance team were ON IT. LOVE the onsite staff. They've always been so gracious. If this were still a Finger Companies property - 5/5. HOWEVER - Greystar? No. just no. Lack of response in emails. They upped my rent, but they were charging new residents in updated apartments about $300 less than I was paying... When I asked to match my rent to theirs or at least come down on mine, they offered to lower mine by $20. (Laughable). I keep getting emails regarding my deposit stating things were broken inside my apartment... I have emails from on-site staff showing nothing was broken, but Greystar corporate is saying it is broken... It's craziness. They added in rules for when they're allowed to pick up trash, when they're allowed to assist residents getting into their apartments even though someone is on site 24/7, and now - you can no longer have an accent wall... It's just silly rules that make the rent seem like a LOT...
