His staff are all very nice and his medical assistants go above and beyond to help with medication or insurance issues. I highly recommend Dr Delikat for patients who are looking for a physician with a calm demeanour and a gentle bedside manner. So many physicians are forced to rush patients in and out as quickly as possible that they are not able to be thorough and make a patient feel reassured that their health and concerns are a priority. Dr Delikat is not that kind of doctor. If you are a fast paced individual and you want to go to your appointment and be in and out as fast as drive thru service....this is not the doctor for you.

While…read moreconvenient to home and I like the auto check in, service is still horrible-no receptionist to ask questions, automated phone system with no opportunity to get a human and talks a long time about things "everyone" doesn't need. Had to drive there to ask a question! Meanwhile they drew my labs FIVE days ago and still no results. Who gets away with this slow service when you're waiting on results that could be life or death? Shame on them and shame on me for being dumb enough to be back there. One phlebotomist was a witch and another was nice & helpful. Roulette on who you get, but overall experience is a ZERO.

New nursing protocol change weeks ago at the Bartow Wound Care Center is an epic failure for…read morepatient care, continuity of care and quality of care! Patient rooms are very small and 2-3 nurses tag teaming a patient does not work. The additional hands on risk for cross contamination of the patient's wound/s is concerning. The nursing staff at Bartow W.C. is outstanding but they need to return immediately to 'one patient, one nurse' care again! Dr. Pham is an outstanding Physician and the single nurse concept with the patient worked extremely well. Patients with wounds and pressure sores now have to wait for extended periods in the waiting room and patient care rooms due to problematic changes with these new nursing procedures. Wait times have more than doubled for patients and their caregivers since this change occurred. This needs to be rectified immediately! -Ted T.
