The practitioner that I saw ordered lab work and even ordered a couple tests no one else has every checked. There was a glitch, error, whatever you want to call it and the perscriptions didn't get sent to my pharmacy (insert lots of grumbling because CVS has gone automated and I spent over 20 minutes on hold to find out they had nothing for me). I called Metro and a LIVE person answered the phone and then I was transferred to the nurse. Another LIVE person actually answered the phone. Ms. Stephanie is amazing, FYI. She is calling the practitioner at a different location and having them sent today. So, about Stephanie. I have a panic disorder and have had it for over 30 years. It was a new place and I am withdrawing from going off a prescription from a prior physician, so my emotions are all over the place. She made me feel comfortable and relaxed. She even remembered my wife, who is a patient there. Patricia (sorry I can't remember her last name), the practitioner I saw didn't make me feel rushed and listened to EVERY single complaint I had. Please, give them a chance. I felt like I was going to a doctor's office of years gone by. They have all of the modern conveniences (self check in, lab on site, etc.) with all of the traditional, old school genuine concern and politeness. Oh, and for those who need it, they have a sliding scale fee and unlike my prior doctors, not once did anyone ask me how I was planning on paying or what my insurance was. GIVE THEM A TRY.

During a very frightening time, the doctors, nurses, and support staff went above and beyond to ensure he was not only treated medically but also felt seen and heard. Their professionalism, combined with a genuine sense of empathy, made a world of difference in his recovery. The team in the ER, specially RN Jackie, Maria and doctor Paul, are truly outstanding. Thank you for your tireless dedication and for treating my father with such dignity and kindness."

Dr. Donovan operated on my wrist here, at Trinity Medical Arts Building, in the early morning hours. This is an exceptional facility, with caring staff who know what they are doing. From paperwork, to gown, to survey (I was not awake when Dr. Donovan put a titanium plate and 9 pins in my right wrist), I was treated with compassion and professionalism. When I was awake and coherent, I felt much better. I was in and out in record time. Kudos who helped me prepare for surgery, who assisted Dr. Donovan during surgery, and helped me after surgery so I could return home in record time. I was also impressed when a nurse called me later in the day to inquire about my recovery. My diagnosis, this surgery, and my follow ups with Dr. Donovan were wonderful, and I highly recommend him and this facility!

New HSA cards. But sometimes, there are mixups. For whatever reason my HSA card wasn't working. I couldn't get a hold of anyone over the phone, so I had to leave with no help. I'd already had a bad migraine for 2 days. This did not help. I'd been there multiple times recently and had no issues with payment. But getting billed was not an option, so zero medical attention for me. I guess it's really not urgent "care." It's more urgent payments, then see what happens. I suppose it's not the biggest deal in the world, but it's very unpleasant when you're already not feeling well. There were other small issues, but nothing as disappointing as today bad experiences.

Even though they were clearly busy, everyone was incredibly kind, efficient, and welcoming. Amy, the NP, was absolutely wonderful -- so professional, compassionate, and thorough. The manager and front desk girls were amazing as well, keeping everything running smoothly and making me feel truly taken care of from the moment I walked in. What really stood out was how well everyone worked together as a team when things got hectic. You could tell they genuinely care about their patients and about supporting each other, and that made a huge difference in my experience. On top of all that, the facility is extremely clean, which always makes me feel even more comfortable and confident in the care I'm receiving. I truly appreciate all of them and highly recommend this urgent care. I will definitely be coming back here in the future if I ever need anything urgent!

I came in by ambulance because of an acute attack of diverticulitis by ambulance. No rooms were available so I was placed on a very comfortable gurney in the hall. The entrance is about 100/150 feet away and today it is 53 degrees. Whenever that door opens a rush of very cold air comes in and adds to an already cold hallway. If they need to put people in the hall don't do it on the entrance path. I was in the hallway approximately 3 hours but my nurse made sure I had a blanket. The CAT scan tech was great too. My suggestion is add on more rooms this is Florida where we old people go to die but not by pneumonia.

I did nothing to be treated that way.
