I booked an appointment and had to take 3 hours off work in order to go. I showed up and when the Doctor came in, she said I actually wasn't due, which was frustrating. We just started chatting and she asked "anything new going on?" I mentioned in passing that I had started on HRT. I told her I had a provider online that prescribed it. She told me "I can prescribe it for you, that's no problem" and I told her that I only wanted to do what would be covered by insurance. I told her I already have someone that does it for free, so if it would be a charge, I would just stick with who I was using. She assured me it would be no problem. That conversation lasted all but 5 min. She mentioned she wanted to check my testosterone levels before sending in another script for it. I told her I had just gotten my testosterone levels checked, and she said she would need to do her own. I again asked if it would be covered by insurance and she stated it would be. A few weeks later I received a bill in the mail for $200. I was shocked. It should've been covered at 100%. I called my insurance and they stated cause she billed it as a hormone eval. Even though I made it VERY CLEAR I was NOT there for hormones and already had someone managing that, and didn't want to mess with it unless it would be covered. I called their office and got the run around. I asked for an office manager to look into it and explained the situation. Melissa Szenpmiklosi basically shut me down and gave me a hard no, and that I would owe the bill. No, I work in the medical field and we write off patient balances all the time. Or we are able to go in and re-code. They were unwilling to do either. They are more worried about getting their $200 then actually keeping a patient. They care more about the money then keeping patients. I have been calling for weeks and weeks going on 3 months now asking to speak to supervisors, corporate, or anyone that could help me. I have the $200, it's the principle of I SHOULD NOT HAVE BEEN CHARGED FOR A WELL WOMAN'S VISIT. I asked each time that Ashley Long be alerted and to see what she's willing to do. Every time I called, they said they would call me back and never would get a call back. I spoke to a Tawana on 07/13/2026 and she said she would call back.... never did. Spoke to Alyania on 07/16/2026 and she said she'd call back... nothing. I faxed, emailed, and left messages with corporate and got no response. The office never called back and follow up, no one seemed interested to help and everyone blew me off. I am beyond disgusted with this company and the Doctor. That she would code it for something else when I made it CRYSTAL CLEAR I didn't want to do anything not covered and that I DID NOT NEED HER TO PRESCRIBE hormones if there would be a charge, cause I was already getting it free. Yet still she billed for something other than just a well woman's visit. Never go to this place, this Doctor, or this company. They are awful. Have no customer service and care more about money then the patients. I will continue to try and get justice for this, as I should've NEVER been charged. I feel cheated and scammed.

Kayla invited me to enjoy a snack or beverage before going into the room where I received my infusion - quite a selection! In the fridge were waters, sodas and juices. A coffee machine and warm water dispenser were also available. For snacks I could have chosen crackers or chips, but I just had breakfast. So I only choose the caramel coffee with 3 creamers and enjoyed it in the infusion room. The room was small and comfortable with two plush recliners on either side of a small table. A flat screen TV on the wall displayed a nautical scene with gentle music. Janelle came in to administer my first injection, after explaining side effects (headache and scratchy throat are common within 24 hours as well as fatigue). She told me if I experienced chest pains or shortness of breath to GO TO THE ER!! She took my vitals, and then asked which arm. I always use the left in case I experience pain or weakness in my right arm. I didn't feel a thing when she administered the dose! She made my next appointment for May 16, which is today. And she was as kind and gentle as four weeks ago. My vitals were also better today. I mentioned that four weeks ago I experienced chills that subsided after an hour. She said that was good. And since I didn't have any other side effects, I could go right after signing paperwork. Last month she left me with a small laptop to complete a survey. I gave a 5 star review to the place and its staff. But I forgot to do the same here. Now I'm able to share my five star experience from last month and today!

In August 2025, I visited this office and confirmed a healthy pregnancy with a heartbeat. At 12 weeks, I returned due to bleeding and learned I had miscarried. The miscarriage itself was not caused by this office, but the way the situation was handled was deeply upsetting and, in my experience, completely lacking compassion and communication. After receiving the news, my husband and I were given almost no time to process it privately. I was quickly presented with treatment options by Dr. Baker - surgery the next morning, medication, or letting it happen naturally -- but was given no written information, discharge instructions, or resources to help me understand what to expect. I specifically asked for something to take home because I was extremely upset and could not process everything verbally, and I was told there was nothing available. I left with only a prescription sent to my pharmacy. As I walked out, I passed the same nurse who had been in the room when I was told I miscarried laughing with a coworker. Minutes earlier she had witnessed one of the most devastating moments of my life. At checkout, I was asked to schedule my anatomy scan, which made it clear there had been no communication internally about what had just happened. Within 48 hours, I experienced severe complications and ended up in the ER and hospitalized overnight. I had not been given clear guidance about timing, warning signs, or what to expect. This lack of communication resulted in an emergency situation and over $5,000 in medical bills. Months later, I received a $411 bill because this womens care sent my labs to an out-of-network laboratory. I signed a consent form for labs to be performed -- I did NOT consent to them being sent to an out-of-network provider not covered by my insurance. When I contacted the office, the front desk argued with me and insisted I had "signed consent" instead of acknowledging the billing error or helping resolve it. Between the lack of compassion during pregnancy loss, the absence of discharge guidance, poor internal communication, and the billing issue, this experience was both emotionally and financially damaging. Patients going through miscarriage deserve empathy, clear information, and coordinated care. That was not my experience here. You must take into account the nature of this office as a walk-in- clinic. There are priorities of seeing more acute patients first. Some have to wait. They are kind, compassionate and caring. They respect and listen to you. Since they are a walk-in, they may be limited in their orders. They are open and honest. Just what is expected. I will never hesitate to go there. You shouldn't either. There is a horrible virus going around which we contracted from an ill family member. He acquired at a hospital and brought it home. We are all very ill. I thank all the staff. Everyone protect yourself from anyone coughing. It might start as a cold. It is not in standard flu sets.
