We had a unique problem, they did an excellent job and the cost was exactly as quoted. Specifically, our house is 12 years old, and we have a raised 500 square foot concrete tile deck which is 10 feet above the ground. Each tile is 2 feet square and weighs about 60 pounds. The tiles are held up by 2" by 12" joists which had significant dry rot since the original contractor made some design mistakes. Patrick and his team replaced the joists in the 500 square foot section of deck, used pressure treated lumber and meticulously taped everything off to prevent future dry rot. They are very detailed oriented and efficient in their approach. The job moved right along and they came when they said they would. Things don't get any better than this when you hire a contractor.
