This is a rating for something Scott didn't do... About 1:30AM last night, the electricity through our entire house went a bit nuts. A/C just clicked, outlets on different circuits kept going in & out, computer would turn off & on, lights would get really dim than excessively bright and the coffee came out lukewarm. I reached out to Bayless very early AM, hoping for an emergency appointment. Scott let me know he was booked the whole week but still asked me what the trouble was, so I ran down all the issues for him. He suggested I call Edison, prior to hiring an electrician. So I called them and they came out within an hour. Turns out a squirrel ate through the main line and burned it out. They replaced the whole thing and all is well. Scott didn't have to take out the time and he certainly could have come by to make a quick few bucks, knowing he'd likely just recommend we call Edison.
