Honesty & loyalty are not on the priority list with Supreme. Paying 1/3 the cost of the unit itself for a repair only 1 year in, that was install error is ridiculous! All my neighbors warned me not to use them, I wish I would have listened. Rates are almost double what other local companies charge. CUSTOMER BEWARE! Price gouging at Supreme! They do NOT honor their work or their customers.

After my second service I tried to plan the 3rd visit and cannot get ahold of anyone. The voicemails go into a black hole. All the emails bounce back. I was told via their chat from 10/15-10/17 that someone would contact me. I spoke to Gavin, Miguel, Mia and Marshall. All lied to me regarding the business being open and the addresses at which Medcalf was at. I have been blocked form their chat now. The location on Washington has been another business since August of last year. The location on Fruitage is vacant and all signage is gone. We went with this company because it was family owned. Brandon Medcalf personally came out a few times. We are out money and service without warning. Google even says they are temporarily closed even though their people chatting refuse to admit that. There was a post on their Facebook site, 10/17/23, stating they are relocating! But learned in the comments the owner Brandon Medcalf is in jail and has been in and out of jail for some time for drugs. He owes a lot of people money and service. HORRIBLE HORRIBLE

We recently needed to replace our existing air conditioner and got four estimates before making a decision. Bays Heating & Cooling, Inc was our forth estimate, and while their pricing was competitive, what really stood out was that they came up with a solution for an ongoing ductwork issue that no one else addressed. We made the decision on the spot, and just two days later our new air conditioner was installed and running perfectly! They also installed a return air duct from our second floor, which has already made a noticeable difference. The entire project was completed only TWO days after our estimate, and we are extremely happy with the results. Keeping you in the comfort zone for less is certainly true. They installed a new furnace for me a few years ago and we're thousands cheaper than anywhere else. Now I've finally put in central air into my old house and they were the only ones I called. Great service and all the staff is very courteous. read more

They put in our new furnace and heat pump in one day and did the extras like replacing old wiring and condensation drain tube to prevent future problems. They covered our floor with tarps to avoid tracking dirt through the house and cleaned up all remnants of our old system. We had 3 estimates, all were within $100 of each other so I feel their pricing was very competitive. The installers were both friendly and professional, and took time after completing instalation to make sure we understood all the information we needed to operate our new equipment. They even came back out to blow out sink and shower lines that got blocked with 100 years of pipe sediment. Our house is 125 years old, but they knew how to handle it. They did some work in my house 2 or 3 years ago and we were quite pleased. They were very cost conscious back then. So sorry their policy has changed.
