Our water heater started leaking from the bottom. Called D L Brown and they told me just what I…read moreneeded to order from the supplier. They picked up the new one, installed it and hauled away the old one in less than two hours. They even re-plumbed the supply to the new heater and replaced some bad pipes I had not even noticed. They even came back out to blow out sink and shower lines that got blocked with 100 years of pipe sediment. Our house is 125 years old, but they knew how to handle it. Will definitely use them again.

They disagreed. The individual I talked to said they would come out and finish the job (plug it in) when the electrical was fixed. I told her that was highly unlikely, we would take care of it ourselves and would be using someone else in the future. She said "Fine" and hung up. Such a disappointment. They did some work in my house 2 or 3 years ago and we were quite pleased. They were very cost conscious back then. So sorry their policy has changed.

I had my septic installed by Walker Drainage and they left my property a complete mess. The crew…read moreleft their water bottles all over my property even though I have a completely accessible garbage can they could've used, and left their leftover pvc pipes piled up behind my house. They also left piles of dirt and didn't cover the septic tank all the way. I was also using tarps as a walkway so I wasn't walking on mud to access the new building we put in, and instead of pulling the stakes and moving the tarps, they moved them with the equipment which ripped the tarps and buried the stakes. They also forgot that I wanted an access lid so that wasn't installed until later so they had to come out again anyway but when I contacted Kaleb Walker to fix these issues, he made it very clear he didn't care about it. He kept making promises to come out and then not showing up. Eventually I got tired of his game and hired someone to fix his mess and in doing so, I found out that I'm not the first person he's done this to. Since contacting him privately wasn't working, I tried via his Facebook when I saw him use a picture of my property to advertise a "hassle-free" experience and his reaction was to delete my comment and block me. Please be wary using this company. He talks a good game in the beginning but doesn't care at all about the quality of his work, and I will have to replace a portion of what he did because it isn't below the frost line and will most likely freeze in the winter.

I called McCalister to help with a clogged sink. They had good communication, they were polite,…read morereasonably priced, and arrived on time. However, they weren't able to unclog the sink after an hour of effort and recommended I tear out the wall and start replacing pipes. I called the other McCalister plumbers out of West T and they were able to unclog it within 15 minutes. I don't know enough about plumbing to know what should be "hard" or not, but I was surprised they couldn't fix it and even more surprised after the other company fixed it so quickly.

I would not recommend This company for any type of bathroom remodel.. I am very disappointed in thousands of dollars spent for poor workmanship but yet it's a customer's fault. He will also take a part, a brand new faucet and tell you that it needed fixed, on top of which it was your fault that it didn't work correctly after he took it apart. Also, the contractor stated he had nothing but hard time in pleasing customer. His tile person is out of pine village (Lafayette , in.) this guy did a horrible job.
