Most recently, I rented one of their apartments for two months from December through January, and I just completed another one-month stay with them. This was my third time renting through the company, and every experience has been excellent. The apartments are always spotless, well-organized, and fully equipped, so there's no need to bring anything from home. Everything is thoughtfully prepared and maintained to a very high standard. If needed, they can also arrange a cleaning service during your stay, which is a great convenience. What really sets them apart is their professionalism, responsiveness, and consistency. It's rare to find a company that delivers the same great experience year after year, but they truly do. I travel to New York frequently for business, and I will continue using them every time I visit. Highly recommended.

Very satisfied with the room and the view.. one issue was the chair in the room had a large slit in the back of the chair. Coffee (free) available in the room and lobby. The staff had no idea why and the manager wasn't available or on site the entire weekend. My husband and son-in-law are avid swimmers and expected access to a pool. (The ocean was very cold and rough that weekend.). I emailed the manager 3 times regarding the pool with no response. I tried calling him. No answer and no voicemail -- I take it planned that way. Unfortunately Tom the owner & Irene the manager, is one of the most SMUG people I have ever encountered in my life. Early on I unfortunately recommended my business partner to use them, and he received service that was Crappier then mine. When the agent was supposed to be at a CO appointment at 10am, she texts to say "GOT LATE, can your tenant entertain the inspector til I get there" the answer is no do your job. I let both Tom & Irene know I would be posting these. I'm assuming by their reactions they didn't believe me, but when you see the screenshots because unfortunately for them their thinks it's better to text than call, only loading up the case against them. The unethical things done are a case for the real estate commission, the Brokers association and the state regarding notary services that were improperly carried out. I look forward to posting the gems of the screenshots I have. One of the better ones was when my agent asked to borrow my car to drive to South Plainfield to view the house she was listing for my business partner, because she couldn't find a rental available.
