I wish i could say the same for this company. I moved to Californian and intrusted my property to them. I signed a contract with them to manage my property in July 2013 and i had to end it in March 2014... Due to very very very poor communication horrible advertising and very poor lack luster maintenance. Which cost me by the way in the amount of almost a thousand dollars. Does it really cost that much to call the gas company to get a refill on your tank sweep the house and provide lawn care. In the 8 months in there care....They showed no true interests in showing the place almost never contacted me on any follow ups on how the place is doing or if any repairs are needed ....I had a water pipe that burst in the basement...Would you believe the alarm company called before they did...and that happen in Jan 2014 and the pipe was never fixed.For 2 and half months the house was left with a broken pipe. And could not be rented..SHAMEFUL!!! I had to hear about this from another rental company i had to hire instead... And that company manged to find me a renter within 2 weeks and for the amount of rent i asked for. The place would've been rented immediately by now. Asheville Property Management left my house neglected and in need of repair. I mean come on how hard is to rent a house with 3 bedrooms 3 bathrooms a finished basement with slate flooring and hot tub.....Apparently it was down right impossible for them.... So if you want to waste your time and lose close to 17.000 thousand dollars in rent and maintenance fees and damages to your property then this is the place for you. But i wouldn't recommend it. If you value your property then please i urge you DO not go with them. This company is down right shameful

We are out of town buyers and he not only made the process easy and enjoyable. He met painters, fence contractors, home inspection company, measured rooms at the house since we could not be there over a 30 day period to just name a few. I would highly recommend Jesse if you want to work with someone with a great personality and customer service skills that you know is working in your best interest.

We paid the $80 for their application fees. Was told it would be Friday before they knew anything. We were also told our pets wouldn't be an issue. Friday, I get a call saying they're having problems with their system and to call back Monday. I called back Monday, they were still having problems and our agent was out sick. I called back Tuesday, got a very rude receptionist, took my name and number and said someone would call me back. They never did. So, I went to their Facebook page, posted a quaint note to them and emailed them. I wanted answers. Two hours later, a woman called me back stating the owner changed his mind about the pets and that she didn't know what else to tell me other than she couldn't discuss it over the phone and would be mailing me a letter and that the owner had also chosen another tenant. Now, mind you, this whole time, our credit check was not checked (I keep tabs on that), until the following Monday and they never called any of our references. What other tenant? We were told noone else had applied. I have heard they have several people apply and then choose from the best credit score. However, if that is the case, then why not just tell us that instead of giving us the run around and, very obviously, lying??

I reported the issue immediately, didn't hear from them even though they have a 24 hour managed phone line. the next day I called and emailed again, i was told the issue would be resolved by 7pm. I arrived back to the property at 7:30 to still have to the problem not resolved. Called and emailed again... after 18 hours still not reply so I called and emailed again. If you decide to book with them beware that if you have an issue it won't get resolved.

You have to pay outside of VRBO with a difficult-to-use service and have to pay an additional 3% fee to use the difficult-to-use service. We tried to reach them twice during business hours without success and finally called the "emergency" number, left a message, and received a call. Unless you like getting ripped off and spending a lot of time and aggravation booking a vacation rental, steer clear of any properties managed by Towns Property Management.

So, for the last four months of our rental, the ceiling was falling and water repeatedly covered the ceiling, walls, and floor, making part of the house unusable. Absolutely nothing was done. Any interaction with the office staff resulted in accusations and complete misrepresentations of what we had reported. Incompetence would be a step up from what they have now. Think carefully before considering using this company to rent, you will regret doing it.
