Woke up the next day much worse only to go to another Doctor who then prescribed the proper antibiotic to treat this type of illness. I put a call out to the clinic today to get some information and let me tell you, they couldn't give a hoot what happened and talked to me like I was a child. Even worse than that. Do not go here. You are better off going elsewhere. Just look at the review and you will see why.

I think this is something that needs to be addressed, understand its a walk in, but if you take the time to make an appointment, and in less someone there has a life threating emergency, the appointment should be honored..... if not don't have appointments on line.... I asked the supervisor at the door why couldn't he put a sign up at the entrance or move the guy at the end of line to the entrance to tell people. Multiple people were still pulling in to be seen. People were getting dropped off, people are frustrated enough over these long lines. Not only that people aren't only coming for a Covid test. The structure at this location is terrible. I have never been denied at a location no matter how long the line was. When I called the lady said they have 155 people. Which is nothing compared to other places. Avoid this location. The guy told be to come early, but would it matter because you have a cut off limit which was 155. I suggest they have something online that tells people we are no longer accepting walk-ins. Go somewhere else where they don't turn people away eleven minutes after they open.

If your hours begin at 9:00 AM, patients should not be left waiting while the entire staff arrives late. It immediately set the tone for a lack of professionalism and respect for patients' time. Unfortunately, the issues only escalated from there. I took the time to clearly explain my allergies to the provider, yet a prescription was still called in for a medication I am allergic to. This is not a minor oversight--it is a serious patient safety concern. As someone already not feeling well, having to go back and forth between the pharmacy and the office to correct this was both frustrating and unacceptable. The replacement medication that was prescribed caused significant side effects, to the point where I did not feel comfortable continuing it. When I called back within 24 hours to request a change to a medication I have previously taken without issue (and confirmed to be dye-free due to a severe allergy), my concerns were dismissed. Instead of listening, I was given an inaccurate explanation that my reaction was due to combining it with a steroid--despite the fact that I had already consulted with the pharmacist and did not take the steroid at all. At no point did anyone take the time to have a proper conversation or fully understand the situation. To make matters worse, when I inquired about dye content the following day, they were somehow able to check and verify the medication. That level of attention should have been provided from the start, especially given that my allergy was clearly communicated. Consistency in patient care should not depend on who happens to be handling the case. After verifying with the pharmacy which medication would be safe, I called the urgent care again and requested that specific prescription. Once again, after unnecessary back-and-forth, they agreed--but then proceeded to call in a completely different medication without any communication or explanation. The lack of attention to detail, poor communication, and disregard for patient input made this an incredibly frustrating experience. What should have been a straightforward visit turned into a stressful and drawn-out ordeal while I was already unwell. I will not be returning. This experience was a complete nightmare and only made an already difficult situation worse.

I thought I would be sitting waiting for at least 4 hrs. Its was about 1 hour and I was called in. Unfortunately I wasn't feeling well, but the nurses and Dr took very good care of me. I had pneumonia didnt even know it. I was treated with the upmost care. From transport to food service, imaging reps to blood work reps , nurses on the floor were all great. Southside has improved a lot. I would recommend this hospital for care.

After about 15 mins I hear someone outside the door asking the PA about the test results and hear her say 'negative' he repeated 'it's negative' In walks Dr. Shahid Noor who says 'your test was negative' and hands me a form saying as such. So it's all good right? Well, in addition to getting a bill by CityMD, which was expected. I got a bill from Dr. Noor for $300 !!! He literally asked the PA for the results, signed a form and handed it me. Nice payment for literally doing nothing but signing a form.
