I cannot recommend Bayside CPR enough! It was super easy and convenient. As they advertise, I had my certification the same day. I was a bit nervous that I would not be able to find an in-person instruction course - this was a requirement for my application. Bayside not only made this incredibly easy, but I found that there were plenty of course offerings at convenient times. I did not have to rearrange my schedule in the slightest. So worth it! Everything about this was convenient. Lots of information ahead of time on where to go, where to park, what to expect, etc. Equipment seemed up to date. Not only that, my instructor Michelle was just perfect. Bayside is lucky to have her. She is knowledgeable and, I would have to say, one of the best teachers I have ever had. She was thorough and precise, but also efficient. Plenty of repetition in a manner that really emphasized effective consolidation of the material. This was my initial certification and I feel completely confident in the skills that I learned from Michelle, despite the modifications necessary for COVID. Do not hesitate to use Bayside. With everything going on with social distancing, I was not sure if I would be able to stay up to date on my BLS training. Through this company I was able to complete the online training for my recertification and then had to schedule a time to do an online skills test with an instructor from this company. The instructor asked me many questions and have me scenarios and see what my course of action would be to see if I had the proper skills to provide CPR and AED assistance comfortably on patients. He was extremely knowledgeable and asked me if I felt I needed to review further before finishing the skills test. He also informed me that once we don't have to social distance, I could come into the office to provide the training on a mannequin so he could make sure I was doing everything properly. I am so glad I was able to complete my BLS through this company. They were very timely with scheduling and I will definitely recommend them to anyone who need COR or BLS training in the future. This was my first time using Bayside to renew my ACLS, and the experience was phenomenal. Kyle Hastings instructed my class and did a great job explaining the material and guiding the course. I felt much more confident during the skills check-off than I usually do. Mega Codes have always been stressful during the past, and the chaos of the mega-code skills review made it harder for me to learn the material. I found the mega-code scenarios presented during the Bayside training to be a controlled learning experience designed to teach ACLS skills rather than emphasize the wild environment of a code situation. Had a great experience renewing my AHA ACLS certification here! The blended online class and remote renewal made it easy to complete the online portion and follow up class portion. I work nights as a traveling respiratory therapist and this was the most efficient ACLS class I've had. It was easy to schedule a time for the class that best fit my schedule. The instructor Kyle was very knowledgeable and presented the information in a way that it was easy to remember. There was a slight issue receiving my e-card due to an error on my end but they responded promptly and got my card sent out to me with little delay. I had my ACLS skills session with Sean and he was such a great instructor! I needed my ACLS certification on very short notice, and Bayside made sure to get me in a class before my deadline. Everyone was so nice and worked around my schedule so I could get it done in time. Sean took his time explaining different scenarios with me and shared his own experiences with these kinds of situations, which is always helpful! If I was stuck on something he made sure to walk me through it and helped me critically think through the scenarios. What an awesome experience taking a class through Bayside was. After being a provider for over 15 years, I still found myself learning new skills. I recently renewed my ACLS, PALS, and BLS with this company and had a great experience. The company's owner, Kyle, was fantastic and provided great instruction in a small-group setting. He reviewed all the important information in a time-efficient manner. Also super flexible - I was initially scheduled for ACLS but last minute decided to add on PALS and BLS and Bayside allowed me to make this change without any problem. First time taking BLS CPR Renewal online. Was hesitant and didn' sleep great the night before not knowing what to expect. I was greatly relieved to see that the process was painless. And nice not to have to get out of bed and drive somewhere. Instructor went as fast or slow as needed for everybody in the class and explained everything clearly. Encouraged Participation from All. My only complaint is no evening class. For shift workers, a 0900 class is rough. I would take another class with Bayside. read more

The cost of training is comparatively very affordable. The training center looks very equipped and organized, and all the manikins are very functional. Mr. Kyle Hastings is knowledgeable, encouraging, and overall a great teacher. Be punctual, come prepared, and you will enjoy your training. My certificate and ecard are AHA recognized, and were send to me by email immediately after passing the tests. I did the online class and loved how detailed the modules were and the questions I would get to test my knowledge at the end of each one. Availability was right on time, class teacher was awesome, the facility was comfortable and clean. Classroom CPR equipment and dummies disinfected and ready for use with proper coverage to use in training. The class got started on time, a short greeting & introduction before we got started.
