I went into the DMV to test for my drivers license and not only…read morehad they not submitted the paperwork saying that I had completed taking drivers ed, they LOST ALL OF MY PAPERWORK IN THEIR SYSTEM, this screw up not only caused me to be unable to take my driving test but also effectively ruined any summer plans I could have. My advice is that if it is between taking their class and some place several hours away, go to the other one, because this one is not only unreliable and incompetent, but rude as well, as if you call to complain and confront them on their screw up, they will simply hang up on you.

The staff are downright rude, they actually "lost" a record of my son's attendance and we had to make it up only after we went to the MVA and they told us his information hadn't been submitted electronically. This is after he has taken all of his in-car drivers ed which he can only take after all his classes are complete! The Office Manager, Val, has the manners of a toad. I asked for last names of the customer support staff to which the reply was, "I don't provide that information, there is only one Ashley." Apparently, I'm not the first unhappy customer. Every step of the process was extremely painful, with the exception of taking my money - they did that like pros! If I could give them no stars I would.

You have to take a class with Max! He's an expert coach and such an asset to have as an actor. I…read morelive in Los Angeles now, but when I have a key role I need to prepare for I will have a virtual session or two, or three with Max! He's always very patient and carefully studies the nuances of your performance. I've never had a note from him that wasn't spot on! Max also understands the business of acting as well. Max is is excellent at honing in on specific constructive criticism related your performances, while also creating a way of connecting lots of big picture concepts that weave together a greater awareness of what acting is and can be to one's own life and the greater collective consciousness of humanity. I didn't expect the topics to go as deep as they did and was pleasantly surprised at how much I ended up learning. Max gives attention to individuals even in group settings and makes sure everyone gets feedback after doing pieces for the group. If you're a beginner don't feel shy, it is a perfect setting to break the ice around your fears that you aren't good enough to try your hand at a potential passion!
