When I walked in for my first appointment I was young, and was suffering from many different medical problems and was seeing many different specialists. I walked in and handed him a paper with all of my medical issues and what bothers me, when I was diagnosed, by who, and who I had been seeing. He looked at that paper for about five minutes then looked up at me with shining eyes and said "your a challenge. And I love a good challenge. I would be honored to be your doctor and help you through all of this if you let me." I now only see one of my specialists and he is able to take care of the rest. He was there for me when my mom died and made sure I knew if I needed anything at all, even just to talk, that he was there. Granted he is no spring chicken anymore and is getting up in years, but he is still the best doctor.

I had called to notify the office that my physically disabled son had gotten Medicaid (he just turned 18 and finally qualified). The lady said that they do not take Medicaid and will need to cancel the appointment. I asked if they can just take the regular insurance. The woman said no, that's illegal, and I should've told them that my son had Medicaid in the first place - and she said it in an accusatory way, raising her voice, as if I was trying to be sneaky. In reality, I had made the appointment with the MD office so long ago that my son got approved for Medicaid during the long wait for the first available appointment. Her rude accusatory tone was a huge turn off so we are pulling our whole family before we give this office a penny.

Never proven, but Diarrhea lasted 4 weeks until I got help from a gastro doctor. (2)Doctor never examined me. Sent me for X-Rays, never really explained results of X-Rays, just told me I would need injections in back, knee, neck. (3)When Diarrhea just happened to start after 1st injection in back, I told lady who answered phone to cancel my 2 outstanding appointments as it was awfully funny I started Diarrhea same day as I got 1st injection. Lady never argued that I was wrong thinking there was a connection. So that tells me this has happened before in another person. (4)NEVER go to this place. She always takes as much time as needed to diagnose and set forth a plan of care. We decided that I will donate my body to a medical school to honor Dr Schneider. I have a good quality of life, due to this wonderful, caring and genius pain management physician. We wish she could find time to also be our primary care doctor as well.
