We had our French Doors and living room and kitchen windows tinted. They did a great job.

I purchased a groupon thinking it was a decent deal with them, however I ended up spending approximately the same as their competitors after the "addons" which really, I shouldn't have been too surprised about. Overall their product is nice, they installed what was claimed and no quality complaints yet. The biggest complaint was that they scratched my brand new car and ultimately were not willing to accept fault in any way. They weren't honest at all and all they were willing to do was buff the scratch out, yet it was significant enough that it wouldn't be fixed. Because of this I cannot recommend the company for any work. Had they been honest and done their part as a responsible party while they cared for my car I would have given a much better review, however claiming that it isn't their fault for a scratch on the a-pillar of a brand new car isn't being honest. read more

Very shady business very unprofessional they cheat people out of the money they took a deposit for me to do windows they rescheduled three times I finally had enough and told them I want my money back the deposit was charged on January 31 and now it's February 25 and I still haven't gotten my deposit back it's been a story after story lie after lie About returning my money this is unbelievable So many lies when business does that they will never succeed read more

This is a very unprofessional place. After 2 weeks of trying to get in for window tint, I am done! IF they answer the phone, IF they show up for work. I told the guy I would be there when they open at 10am, not only were they not there, there is no parking to wait anywhere off the road. After 25 minutes with time to think about it, I left. If it starts out bad, it will only get worse, by then I thought, if there was one flaw in the job, I would have trouble getting restitution. I will go back to the dealer where I bought the car and be safe. That is a lot of money to risk with someone as unreliable as this. read more

TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! I purchased two Groupons for this business. I made two appointments for October 30th and October 31st, which were 2-3 weeks in the future at that time. The first appointment was great, I dropped a vehicle off and picked it up in a reasonable amount of time with quality work completed. I showed up the following day with my second car and they were CLOSED! The guy in the business next door tells me he does that too people with appointments all the time! I'm pissed but give the benefit of the doubt that maybe ask emergency came up. I made an appointment last week for lunch time on Wednesday of the following week. I learned my lesson and called before I drove over. Whoever answered the phone said that he was on another job so she would call back. 20 minutes later I am tired of waiting, call the lady and say I'm coming over, this is my second attempt, and it's really a hassle to have appointments not kept! I am assured it will be completed today. I drop off the vehicle, come back 4 hours later, and it hasn't been touched and no one is there. Worst customer service I've ever experienced. Cannot recommend to anyone that actually wants to have their windows tinted. read more

If I had the choice to give them a - star I would!! After a bad tint job, I was told on three seperate occasions to come back... Each time a different excuse. It's now Saturday and I'm here waiting for them to open. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! WOULD NOT RECOMMEND!! read more

Horrible service. We purchased a gift certtificate for my mother in law. They had to rechedule the first appointment because they did not have the tint. Ok I get that. The second appointment my wife and mother show up on time for their appointment. They are 45 minutes late getting started. My wife explained that they would be tinting a midsize SUV when she purchased the gift certificate. There was an agreed price. The took the vehicle and began tinting the windows. After they were done they brought the vehicle to my wife demanding $40 more dollars because they tinted a SUV. It was no damn surprise before they starred. They knew it was a SUV when they sold the gift certificate. They simply took advantage of two women. What they did in the end was reduce the added cost to $35 and offered possible future car wash coupons. To top it off my mother in law has to take her vehicle back because they did not finish the damn job! Damn crooks is what they are. Long story short, dont use their business and if you do buy a gift certificate from the get everything in writing. To add to the previous post. They turned around and chrged my mother in law $60 instead of $35. They made an unauthorized charge. We will be contacting the bank and the BBB. read more

WORST business EVER!!!!! It took me over a week to get a hold of someone on their business phone. Kept getting voicemail every time I called and their voicemail was full so you couldn't even leave a message. Finally after calling several days I got an appointment set. I've had an appointment set for over a week now. I had to check my kids out of school a little early so I could make it there on time all the way from Fairhope. I called to tell them I would be 5 minutes late. They said they were closed for the day. I explained I've had this appointment set and had to rearrange my schedule and they said that they left early and there was nothing they could do. I told them I wanted my money back for my groupon and they said I had to take that up with groupon. I have never dealt with such I professionalism in my life. They don't even deserve 1 star. I would give them a negative score if I could. DO NOT use this company!!!! read more

They broke 3 of my door panels and now my rear door locks do not work. My wife bought me a groupon for my 70 camaro to be tinted. Figured I had better let them do my work car to see what kind of job they do. I found out. They said they will fix my doors but they are giving me the run around. Dont spend your money with this place. Also some bubbles in the rear window. Not happy with the work or the damage. I dont see this place lasting long . read more

They are very unprofessionl. Everytime I called I was told by the serevice manager that they were booked out two weeks because of the stupit groupon coupon. They have been giving me the run around for months. I finally was able to get an appointment and when I arrived the guy told me I was not on the list. I am so done I will never use or refer them to anyone. read more
