I was retested & the results were the same. The service here is great! Lisa at the front desk is personable and efficient at her job. Eric, the Hearing Instrument Specialists knowledge of how the ear and hearing aids work together helps me to understand and use my hearing aids effectively. He addresses any concerns I have when I go to my appointments. He listens to my questions and provides me with visual as well as verbal answers to adjust my hearing aids as needed. Learning to use my hearing aids requires wearing them regularly and practice on my part, but my husband & family members are happy I'm back in the conversations again. Also, I'm thrilled to be able to adjust my hearing and be part of the conversations again when I'm out socially. I moved to the area last year and was referred to one of the audiologists here by my former…read moreaudiologist. I called the office, and the receptionist was really short with me and told me I'd have to get a referral and hung up. My insurance doesn't require referrals, but she wouldn't talk to me long enough to understand that. She offered zero help, not even an email or preferred fax number to receive the referral. So, my former audiologist sent a referral and my records over to the fax number they provide on their voice mail recording. Two weeks later, I call to set up an appointment, and the receptionist, who is a different person than the first one I spoke with, tells me they don't have any info for me after looking me up by birth date. I told them the referral and records were sent, and she says, "Well we don't have it. Tell them to resend." Click. Again, no additional research, no additional questions, no confirmation of fax number, nothing. The audiologists there may be good, but I'm certainly not going to pay to be treated like this every time I need to make an appointment. I found someone else in the area. I honestly don't know how this practice has any business at all with such a profound lack of patient care and service.

Went through Allergy test, took shots every week for a year and a half, was put on a cpap machine, only to have Dr Schreibstein to diagnose me with a deviated septum. If your looking for hearing aids, consider someone else. We…read morefirst meet EARMASTERS at the Big E (I guess that was our first mistake) and my father decided to do business with them. Purchased one of the top of the line hearing aids. Being my fathers first pair, he was VERY careful with them. The small wire broke within the first few months and EARMASTERS repaired them free of charge. The wire broke a second time within a few months but EARMASTERS will not repair them again unless he pays $150. Numerous attempts were made to contact EARMASTERS through phone calls/messages and emails but they have failed to return my calls. I reacheded out to the manufacturer of the hearing aids, Audibel and responded very quickly. They suggested I contact one of their other preferred providers for assistance, which I have done. Will keep you posted on the outcome.
