It is located right besides shell in E. Cervantes, if your not paying attention you'll miss it. If its your first time climbing, this is the place to go. The staff were friendly. I don't know his name but He was helpful and let you do it your own. He doesn't hover he lets you try it yourself and help you when you need it. Very professional. Note**You can bring your kids (18yrs under) but make sure you are the parents or else they wont let you do it. You're going to fill out waivers for you and your child before they let you do it. For $15 theres shoes and harness that comes with it for 2 hrs. If you want your kids to cLimb, theres must be an adult that needs to be there to help them climb. The staff wont do it for them. The only downside is that the place is small and narrow inside. The ropes were too close but nonetheless the experience was great!
