Rainy day fun! This was the perfect activity for a day when the sun was scarce. Our family has done at least 30 different escape rooms and this one was clever and lots of fun. It wasn't the most high tech or the fanciest, but the owner and his staff were so friendly, welcoming and helpful! They really wanted to make sure that we had a great time - and we did! We did the Zombie Apocalypse with just 4 of us and we escaped with seconds to spare and only 2 hints. Highly recommend! read more

People that worked there was very nice. We done the doll room and for $30 a person it wasn't great. The room was very dark and hard to find clues. The ac was broke and very hot in the small room your in. Just left hot and mad and won't go back. read more

I really hate that I have to leave a bad review on a small business. However, y'all really need to get your stuff together. It was the worst escape room I've ever done. I can't believe how much I paid for it. The room was basically a room with stickers on the walls, telling you not to touch everything, imagine a DIY escape rooms that you had to put up in about an hour and that's basically what it was. The clues are really bad.. on top of all of that, the AC was out, so it was like sitting in a hot box, but if you're charging people that much for an experience, this is not an experience I ever want to do again. So far we have done about 35 escape rooms and this is the only one that I've rated under four stars. I don't know what everybody else was drinking that left a review. That Alice in wonderland room. This is our second time in this place. First we played for the voodoo house and second time we played Bates motel. We played as a family which made it perfect. On the first game, it was my wife first game so she's still figuring out the game, but it's a good learning and working together as a team. It's a 30min game. We used all 3 clues and complete the game in slightly more than 30min. We escaped the room. On the second game, we gel-ed better as a team. We didn't use any clue and complete in 25min. We escaped the room with pride. Good game for family vacation activities. Highly recommended! read more

This was our first experience with an escape room. I have heard from so many friends how much fun they are, so we were very excited. I read the descriptions of the different rooms on the website, and I called ahead to see if it would be too scary for an 8 year old. They said that the rooms were not that scary and she should be fine. We all worked together really well to solve the puzzles. However, when we got to a couple clues that we just couldn't get passed, it turned out to be due to errors in the clues (not our ability to solve the puzzle). For example, in one clue, a letter was written as an R but was supposed to be an A, so we never would have been able to get that lock open. There were missing pieces, so we couldn't get another answer. Then when we asked for a clue to the puzzle we were on (the incorrect letter puzzle) our guide gave us the answer to a different puzzle that we were not on yet, so we were even more confused. We had a good time, but for the price we paid, I felt like the rooms, clues, and puzzles should have been in much better condition. The concept was good, but very poorly managed and executed. Also, at the end of the experience, if you don't solve the room, apparently something extremely scary happens. Our 8 year old could hear screams from the other rooms, and was sobbing in terror as our timer ticked down. All in all, I recommend escape rooms as a fun family experience, but not this one. read more

these employees were sooooo nice. they were definitely working hard, understaffed, doing overtime, and still had a positive energy to them. the pricing was average and we did a difficult alice in wonderland room. we knew we'd fail as it has a 15% passing rate. it was a fun first time doing an escape room for the family. read more

My husband and I are on our honeymoon and this was our first escape room. The owner recommended we do the Voodoo room since it was the easiest. We had a great time and even though we didn't get out within the 30 minute mark she encouraged us to keep going! This was our WORST experience ever! Our family of 9 played the Alice and the White Rabbit. The room was a decent room, however the staff was the most disappointing part! When help was needed no one would respond on the "Walkie Talkie" in order to come in to help us, we had to open the room door and yell down the hall for help and then when he finally arrived he had no idea where we were at in the game! We only asked for 2 clues and only had an employee come in 1 time around 15 mins after we had asked for help l, The second call went unanswered! We had to take our own picture and the staff never knew we had even escaped the room (with 35 min to spare). I would NOT recommend this room! The experience is DEFINITELY not worth the $$. THIS IS NOT A TRUE ESCAPE ROOM EXPERIENCE! read more

I brought my 12 year old daughter and her friends here for the Bates Motel 30 minute experience. I didn't do it with them but I was there and signed the waivers. It was rated 5/10 scary factor and 6/10 difficult. They almost finished all the clues in 30 minutes and they did think it was scary. They enjoyed their experience and would like to do the 60 minute one next time. I'd probably do it with them next time too! read more

I've been to many escape rooms and this one is by far my favorite. We had a blast at this place. The rooms were super-fun and the detail put in to the decor really stands out! The staff put on a great show introducing us to the room and the rules. They were professional, polite and helpful. The puzzles were really challenging, but not impossible. Great place for a birthday party, a family outing or a night out with friends or coworkers. We did the Voodoo room and I'll be back to take on the other rooms soon!! read more

This escape room was descent for the most part. It was pretty fun. But, the lady at the front desk was really rude. When we would call for a clue she would come in and gripe about taking a picture off the wall when it had velcro on it and seemed like it was there to be removed. Then she came in at the end (we did not escape) and complained about every little thing that we had moved or wrote on in the room because it was "one more thing she had to reset". She was lazy and not nice. I will not be returning. read more
