Staff, campers, folks at the resto, were all smiles and pleasant. We enjoyed our stay here, but I have my eye on perhaps visiting mid-week, or in the shoulder seasons for a more quiet experience. However, if I were a few decades younger, I would have partied my a** off, and would be here every other weekend...

The property is right on a beautiful lake with plenty of wildlife. The onsite restaurant had fantasic food and the wait staff was very friendly. The fully stocked bar has whatever you may like to include some house specialties that are not to miss. The owners are very friendly and accomodating and are just genuinely nice folks to talk with. Spirit Lake is one of those beautiful places tucked away as a hidden gem. If you need a RV spot this is certainly a go to. We are sure to be back.

Our stay was 4 nights and we booked several experiences for our time there. The first was a 90 minute massage. The massage room overlooks the marina and is beautiful. The massage itself was just okay. He asked the area he should concentrate and actually that area felt the least attended to. However, it was still very relaxing. My friend and I also booked "Hot winter night" at the infinity pool. This was so much fun as they have an adult hour and lucky for us the center above the pool was hosting prom. Yep- we got our dancing queen on. Might have annoyed the cute couples around us, but a girl's gotta dance! We also booked the "Floating in Frequency" on that Sunday morning. It was a small class and we drifted comfortably around the pool to the sound bowls. Highly recommend! Food is great at the resort and Beverly's "Lakeview Menu" is a great deal. Available until 5:30 each day, you get a 3 course meal for $29.99 with an optional wine pairing for $24.95. We had a window view and got to know the local geese (guarding their nests along the edge) June 2026- Had another friend in town and of course wanted her to experience this resort. We stayed 4 nights in Lake Tower and this time had a west facing view which had beautiful sunsets. The outdoor pool had opened, but we only visited once as it was windy and cold. Instead, we booked a "Girl's escape package" This included massages for both, lunch, and a pedicure. We had a great time. July 4th weekend 2026- This was a last minute book for us, and if we planned ahead would have gone for Lake Tower. However, we were pleasantly surprised at our view of the fireworks from the Park Tower Marina room (stay was 3 nights). This was probably the best for us since we had our dog Luna. It didn't have a balcony, so better for her not to hear the load booms. We spent a day at the infinity pool (rented a beach cabana) and ate dinner early. Then spent the time in the room waiting away for the crowds. The show was amazing and I've never been so close to fireworks with such an amazing view. We had an amazing time!

I called them right away to sort this out and was told that they input our reservation incorrectly and that they do not have any boats available for the afternoon. Due to it being a mistake on their end, they offered to give us a discount if we reserve a boat for another day or morning. Unfortunately, we were unable to make that work due to other reservations we had the next day and then were heading home the next day after that. All of us, four adults and 6 kids, were really looking forward to boating on Coeur d'Alene lake. The other family we were with had also made arrangements to change campgrounds so we could be close to the boat dock. Moving a RV for one night isn't ideal, especially now that we don't have a boat. CD Boat Rentals didn't help us find another boat and, of course, every other boat rental I called that day was already booked. This was a huge disappointment to our trip and I would not recommend this company to anyone.

The main drawback at this time of year is the mosquitoes due to the standing water throughout the woods. They provide you with various repellents which helps, but I was still covered in mosquito bites when I left. The only noise besides the songbirds is a train which goes by occasionally. The accommodations are well supplied and well-kept, with a kitchen stocked with everything you need to cook. You can get some veggies from their garden for a dinner salad, including garlic spirals which are an interesting twist on chives. We cooked a simple meal over the open fire, which had a clever grill contraption to cook the food on. Water is pumped from a tank behind the kitchen. There is a clean and not smelly outhouse complete with hand sanitizer and old magazines. The breakfast was hearty - eggs (fresh from the chicken coop), bacon, pancakes, and of course homemade huckleberry jam. Even the apple juice they press and can themselves. The company was pleasant, with groups from two other tents. Since there were three of us, they sent up an extra tent for me next to my parents tent. In short, if you want the experience of camping near a farm, without the hassle of packing and pitching a tent, then this might be the place for you. I would give it 5 stars, except that I'm still scratching the mosquito bites.

This is an awesome spot for a couple's vacation or a family adventure.
