Bought a used car from this dealership. The car was suppose to be in great shape low kms(which it…read morewas). But dealing with the staff here was horrible. It took 10 days for the dealership to the safety. There was no communication between when the car was purchased till the day it was delivered. Upon bringing to my home there was a bang above the tire and paint missing. I never got a run down of what they did for the safety all the features on the car. I called and spoke to a higher manager. Who basically told me that it's an older car and blew me off. Yes I know I bought an older car but in this economy it was and still is a lot of money. I never got a copy of the safety to inform me what was all done to ensure the car was good to drive. After all of this hassle I can honestly say I will never deal or buy from this dealership again. Maybe this review would be a different story if I was buying a 40,000$ vehicle but to me my 14,000$ was a waste of their time so just beware if you are buying a used vehicle this company will not meet you half way. I should mention that Twice we were offered our money back for this car. Unless you spending the big bucks they might treat you well. But I feel that because I didn't buy a bronco or f150. I was a waste of their time. Be very careful when dealing with this dealership!

Have been dealing with Troy and the fine folks at Bear Wheel for several years now for most all of…read moremy auto repair needs on , not only our daily drivers but also my classic cars. Can always depend on courteous and prompt service. We recently took our 2026 Lincoln Aviator to Bear Wheel for it's first service and oil change (6400km). Thankfully, Matao, one of their many knowledgeable mechanics, was alert to notice metal shrapnell in the oil filter. Long story short, the Aviator was towed to the local Ford dealership and within a day, they agreed to replace the entire engine and all other critical parts required. Thanks again Troy and your staff........you guys are the best!

This is not a normal thing that I do (1st time) but when I had several wheel related lights on dash…read moreand brought it into Bear Wheel. Diagnosis ($80 ok) was rear wheel bearing (hub). Troy calls me to tell me it is left rear wheel bearing says no big deal I carry them in stock and a couple of hours to install. I say ok put it in. When I go to get my vehicle the bill is $738, $407 for the bearing alone. When I question it, I am told that it is a superior bearing and has a 3 year warranty. I leave and call around. I can get same bearing for $153 on internet (Rock), GM dealer $289. When I share my findings with Troy first thing he asks me is what is the warranty on the bearings and I say 1 year. He tells me he gets his bearings from APC. I check with APC and yes they have a $406 (retail) bearing with a 3yr Warranty and also have Delco (GM) original equipment one for $300 with a 5 year warranty. At the outset, neither the cost of the bearing nor the warranty were ever discussed but when I questioned the cost of the bearing I am informed of the most important 3 year warranty. If the warranty was so important why wasn't I informed and better still why wasn't I offered the $300 bearing with the 5 year warranty. What is missing on the $738 invoice is any reference to the 3 year warranty on the bearing. So when I go back 2.5 years from now to get my warrantied bearing replaced, since there is no reference to the 3 year warranty I might be out of luck. That's right. Caveat emptor.
