Must try spot!!! Do not miss out!!
    Dmitry D.

People WOW !!! I came here to the train show not hungry at all. First I smelled the cart and said let me see what kind of food this is. After seeing one of favorite cuisines Jamaican and Caribbean mix and that smell I got hungry : I got the grilled chicken with the red sauce and the Mac n cheese with salad and it had the dressing on it . The salad went first . That white sauce with garlic and later found out that it had cilantro in was so good I had to get an extra cup of sauce on top of everything . The chicken was grilled to perfection, Juicy and big plus big portion . My sons burger I thought it can't be that good coming of the flat top but the chef inside knew what she was doing . Grilled well done but still juicy flavor was on point and my son a 9yo even said "these guys are good" I will make it a point to eat here again !!!! And some please get this white sauce out on the market it will be a best seller!! Good luck to Bazodee you are great and really nice people with great customer service . Happy holidays

This food is delicious and the owner and staff couldn't be nicer. We had them at our home for a big college gathering and everyone loved the food. Contact Jason the owner for a plan.

Just hired them to cater my daughter's sweet 16 party and they were awesome! Really friendly and kind husband wife and daughter team who made some GREAT food! Totally forgot to take any food photos but we had Mac n cheese with fried chicken, hamburger or cheeseburger with fries, and pulled pork over rice with sweet plaintains as our three selections and they were ALL delicious! 100 percent satisfied with all aspects of their operation and HIGHLY recommend them. As a former small business owner I know how challenging it can be to run a small business much less just open one up in the middle of these crazy times we are currently in. Find their next location and try them out, you won't be disappointed!!

    Salmon over rice and veggies.

This food truck was scheduled to be at place of work today and decided to try it out. I had the salmon (lower) over rice and veggies and it was cooked perfectly with crispy skin on bottom. I really wanted oxtail stew, which sold out early, but they had less than 1/2 portion left so I decided to add that in (upper). It was excellent as well ! I would definitely order from here again.

Why did I wait so long to come here?!…read more I mean, I know why. It's a bit of a trek from where I live. But I'll happily travel for good food, and Trinciti absolutely justified the journey. As an Indian, I don't say this lightly. I know my Indian food. I was already aware of the historical overlap between Indian and Caribbean cuisines, but Trinidadian food fascinated me. The familiar spices and flavors are there, yet they've evolved into something entirely their own. You can taste the migration story, the adaptation, and the creativity in every bite. A quick practical note because Instagram reels had me misinformed. They do take cards. You don't need cash. Also, parking isn't exactly abundant, and there aren't many nearby places to sit with your takeaway. My advice is to grab a table and eat there. The space itself is small and pretty no-frills, so if you're coming for ambiance, this isn't that kind of place. But if you're coming for flavor, you're in exactly the right place. The setup is simple. You line up, order when it's your turn, and move things along. It's a busy spot, so a little menu reconnaissance goes a long way. The staff are efficient and patient, but they're not mind readers. Asking them whether shrimp or chicken is "better" feels like asking someone whether you should prefer chocolate or vanilla. Both are good. It depends on what you like. We ordered the dhalpuri roti, which is a soft flatbread stuffed with seasoned ground lentils. If you're sharing, ask for it not to be wrapped. Otherwise, it comes rolled up like a wrap. We filled ours with both the curried goat and the oxtail because we weren't there to play it safe. Both were excellent, paired with those comforting, home-style potatoes that soak up all the flavor without overwhelming you with spice. I also couldn't leave without trying the doubles, and we kept it plain. Oh. My. God. Flavor bomb. At its heart, it reminded me of chole bhature's distant cousin. The same comforting chickpea soul, but interpreted through Trinidad's lens with pepper sauces and chutneys that make it unmistakably its own. I honestly think the chutneys are what take it over the top. For the bake and shark though Pay first, take your number, and when they call you up, tell them how you'd like it dressed. Personally, I have a "trust the chef and give me everything" philosophy, so I said yes to it all. The result was a glorious mess of crispy fried shark piled high with pineapple, lettuce, cucumber, tomatoes, and an array of vibrant chutneys that I am still thinking about. They do not skimp on the fish. Watching them assemble it from the front row is part of the fun. Before you leave, do not skip the cassava cake. The raisin dessert was a bit too sweet for my taste, but that's entirely personal and worth trying if you have a sweeter tooth than I do. They also sell plenty of snacks and hot sauces, so take a look around before heading out. One final thing I appreciated. They have a restroom and a sink stocked with soap. Trust me, you are going to get messy. That's part of the joy of eating here. If you're the kind of person who side-eyes people for eating with their hands, this might not be your scene. If you're willing to embrace the delicious chaos, Trinciti will reward you generously. I left full, happy, and wondering why I had let distance keep me away for so long. Some places are worth the drive. Trinciti is absolutely one of them.

My Trini friend was shocked that I;ve never had doubles and so this day was my lucky day. When you reach, the servers take your order along with as many toppings and additions. They also had bake and shark, bake and saltfish, and other items to choose from such as dhal puri roti, pholourie with tamarind sauce, it was my first time so I didn't go too crazy and wanted to appreciate the essence of the doubles. I would go back again. It is takeout, so don't get too comfy. Make sure you're ready to grab your order and take that first bite after you leave or reach your destination!

One day my brother brought us a few to try, including their conch, beef and chicken. I was hooked. The first chance I got, I came in person and picked up more roti. We had the usuals, but for my kiddo, I ordered her roti not rolled because she's not a fan of too much bread and dough. She did love the food, so that was a win. I also used the opportunity to try their shark, fish balls, whiting and pholourie (10 for a buck!). All of it was great. They are cash only, so be prepared because the nearest bank is a few blocks away. I'm sure you can pop into one of the neighboring stores to use the ATM but worrying about skimmers, I'd sooner just go to the bank which is what I ended up doing. Have an idea of what you want so you're not holding up the line. I was standing there, ordering my food, and a line of five people gathered behind me. The owners are very nice and patient, which is a huge difference from how it is at some West Indian restaurants, where you feel like your presence is an inconvenience. IYKYK I will definitely be back!
