I was floored when she offered. Not only that, but she pointed me in the right direction to speak to a financial advisor. Outstanding customer service!! I was honestly ready to start exploring other financial institutions, due to inconvenience like not being able to make transfers. She has pulled me back into being loyal to Howard Bank. She deserves a promotion and more!

We've been treated with the utmost respect, never had rude or upsetting experience. I've recommended probably 20+ people including family members. Just last week, 02/14/2025 hubby deposited his check and saw that $19, 450.40 had been taken from our savings account. He hadn't even left the teller when he pointed it out. He was promptly taken to the office area, was told that the money had been taken out within the last 90 minutes. They started an investigation right then! The person used a Coin dealership on line (reputable) selling gold, silver, palladium? etc. By that evening the money was put back in our account with "provisional" on it. By the next day, provisional was removed. Also APG sent an email and phoned us when the transaction took place! I wasn't home, and didn't turn my phone on, my mistake.
