We were told that it hadn't been sent out and they were not sure why but it would be mailed out THAT DAY. Well lucky us, we just got ANOTHER notice from navy federal dated May 20th 2021 and they have yet to receive the title of the vehicle. I wasn't able to pay the bills that I had to I lost items my kids lost out in order to get by the amount of extra money we have to pay back it's going to be more than the $600 check that hasn't even cleared and even after calling them and once again explaining the situation they still to this very minute have not released this check it's pathetic TD Bank is the most inconvenient Bank in the world as soon as my husband comes back from this job we are closing the account immediately and going to another bank unbelievable completely disgusted right now they should be ashamed of themselves I could have lost my home .. I've been patient, over 3 months trying to get my father's IRA into an Estate. first was asked to…read morehave my parents write a note, have it notarized to let me be their agent. I turned it in, Waited for approval, was told not accepted needed power of attorney letter. gave that, waited for review, was told that wasn't good enough. now I needed a doctors note saying they aren't able to handle their banking. Next Step: was told i had to go to register of wills to open up estate, since my mother wasn't a beneficiary. that was the easy part. waited on the letter. then I took letter to open the estate, I was told had to wait for "legal" team to review, waited a month. I received a call from bank to come in, and finalize everything. while coming into bank I find out my mother was a beneficiary after all. none of these other steps are needed. NOW after calling the IRA people at PNC(from home) , I find out she wasn't a Beneficiary, they were looking at another annuity my father had. they will send out paperwork to fill out 7-10 to get in mail, then 45 days to get Results. ARE YOU KIDDING ME!!! savings/annuity/checking/IRA coming out tomorrow.

I have 3 different accounts with Citizens. 1 Personal 2 Businesses. Current Branch Manager is great with interrelations and very knowledgeable. I easily send more than 10 of my friends to open an account there. Hope they did. Congrats to Citizens Banks and Suburban Plaza Branch
