Convenient location in St. Clair with a great menu. In town for the weekend and have a feeling I will be making additional stops for my afternoon caffeine :) I ordered a brown sugar latte, and the drink was delicious. Service was a little overwhelmed with drive through and indoor orders but we had our drinks within 10 minutes and cozy seating indoors to enjoy them. Great stop when you're in town! read more

Tucked away in Saint Clair, Missouri is the most charming coffee cafe I've ever visited. The decor is lovely and so inviting. Every detail was taken care of. There are tables in a main dining area where you can sit with friends, eat breakfast or lunch, or set up your laptop and work while you enjoy a delicious coffee or other drink. Or you can sit in a secluded section with just a couple of two person tables, or you can sit in an area that is as inviting as your coolest friend's living room with couch, armchairs, and side tables nearby so that you don't have to balance your food or drink but can relax comfortably. The friendly barista quickly and efficiently prepared my iced honey and blackberry latte topped with cold foam, and it was perfect. It was refreshing and a delicious balance of flavors. While I didn't have food this time, I will, without a doubt, be back. In fact, it will be hard for me to resist stopping in on my weekly trip to Saint Clair to work at the area rescue, Hootie's Rescue Haven. BB Coffee Lab could easily be my favorite coffee spot. Stopped in here while passing through and had really high hopes with all the great reviews. The shop itself was really nice and the staff was great, but the coffee was unfortunately lacking. Stopped by this hidden Gem on the way, beautiful atmosphere, service is awesome and the people are nice. WiFi available since we had to stop for a quick Video meeting and this was a great recommendation on the way. Would visit again for sure. read more

Oh this is a jewel of a coffee shop. First, the people here are wonderful with just lovely service. Then the coffee is deliciously wonderful. And the food items are so good, including fruits smoothies. And soapy comfortable areas to sit and enjoy. Just a great feel. read more

I stopped in to grab a coffee at this super cute shop and the first thing I noticed outside was the music playing from a speaker. The mix was eclectic and perfectly matched their vibe. I was greeted by the staff who were very helpful with the ordering process. I had an iced latte and was pleased that they had dairy free milk options. I wanted to try something tasty for breakfast and their avocado toast looked GREAT. I ordered it and found a seat to catch up on some work, the lighting and the ambiance would be perfect for a coffee with friends, but was just as great to finish my work. When the staff brought out my toast, I completely forgot to get a picture before I gobbled it up. It was the BEST avocado toast I've ever had. I will be back for sure! :) read more

1,000th Review. I never imagined my first Yelp! review in February 2018 would even lead to 100. So, for this summary, who am I to contradict the other 5-star reviews? BB Coffee Lab is just simply a comfortable and beautifully appointed space with friendly staff and wonderful coffee. Limited food menu, but this is a new spot and I'm guessing the food items are still being worked out. Pastries and sandwiches are available. Aside from the large, open public space there are private areas, including a meeting room. Drive-thru service is available. There's also an ample parking lot. read more

This place situated on old Route 66. It apparently was an old skating rink, turned coffee spot. The name "coffee lab" must be somehow related to the coffee brewer - "the pharmacy." We ordered a bacon, egg, Gouda and garlic aioli on a ciabatta, a sausage, egg and cheese on a bagel, double chocolate muffin, a blueberry banana smoothie, and coffee. The egg sandwiches came with a side of fresh fruit in a cute mason jar. The fruit was fresh and sweet. The ciabatta bread was warm and soft. The sandwiches were really good. The coffee was perfectly brewed. My son devoured his muffin and smoothie. This place has a huge parking lot - so there's plenty of parking. Plenty of room to sit and eat too. Bathrooms were clean and staff was friendly. read more

Stopped in BB Coffee Lab today for an iced decaf Americano... friendly staff, nice spot and great decaf espresso in my drink. Good decaf is hard to find, but they have it at BB Coffee Lab. If in the area, I'll definitely make it a point to stop back by. read more

We stopped in on a whim while traveling out of town and are so glad we did! Everything we had was fantastic. The coffee was so smooth. The bacon and egg breakfast sandwich was savory and delicious. Great metro vibe, and very classy. Hard to believe you're in small- town MO when you're inside. From there, things just get better. The food is very classy and well done with a beautiful presentation, and even better taste. Two favorites here--The chibatta breakfast sandwich with garlic aioli it's warm, the egg is fluffy, and the bacon is just crispy enough. For lunch, it's the chicken caprese sandwich. Never in a million years did I expect to find a state of the art coffee lab in rural MO. St Clair, I hope you all support this great business. These guys are the real deal. I'm a big city coffee guy and have owned and operated coffee houses for many years. I know a good espresso drink and cup of coffee and with their state of the art Lamarzocco machine, these folks are pulling incredible espressos. read more

I have patronized this establishment on a regular basis because I have yet to have anything that was less than fabulous! The coffee and frappes are amazing and the breakfast sandwiches are wonderful! The bread is soft, the sandwiches are flavorful, and the portions are large--more than I can eat. I wish they would bring back their scones and add a lunch menu.
