Pistachio boba tea with oat milk and a cutie in the background

Amazing. Let's start with customer service. We were greeted with a smile. Which always makes good food taste better. Super friendly service. So sweet. Frozen yogurt. Delicious. Wonderful flavors. Super clean location. Boba tea caters to non dairy and dairy lovers alike. I wasn't sure what flavor to choose and the lovely lady working the counter was trying to help me decide giving me suggestions. Once I decided my daughter asked to try my drink and the sweet woman gave me the little bit left in the mixing cup in her own little cup. Wow! I haven't had customer service like this in ages! Go supper this wonderful location and have some delicious treats on top of it!

    Inside, clean, cute

Despite the one star review, we had to try this place because it was just about the closest and only frozen yogurt place around town. We didn't regret it one bit! It was your typical small frozen yogurt shop, maybe a smaller selection of what you'd find anywhere else but had the basics, and had a good variety of candies to put in the frozen yogurt. My favorite are the cheesecake bites so anywhere with that makes it the spot for me. We will definitely be going back! The lady working there was very attentive and guided us to the cups to start adding frozen yogurt. I definitely recommend!

I remember when this place opened in Rolla and everyone was so excited to have a frozen yogurt place. They always have a great variety of toppings to choose from and they generally change out their flavors every so often so you always have new options. The staff is super friendly and always have a smile on their faces.

Not clean. Poor selection. Disappointing. Would have loved a better experience. The employee was too busy on computer to help us.

I had eaten there with my daughter, about ten years ago, which is WAY too long. I used to buy their 'Take and Bake' Pies at Harter House, but my local store no longer carries them. They've always been good. Why did it take me so long to come back? I'm usually traveling with my husband and he prefers BBQ or a burger when we're traveling. I'm glad I mentioned it Saturday, when we were looking for a place to eat lunch! We all loved it so much that we ate there again the next day, on our way home. Between us, we tried both kinds of Chicken Pot Pie (Traditional and Mushroom), the Chicken Salad on Croissant, the Tomato Soup, and the Bacon Quiche. Each entree was served with two hot rolls. I didn't have room for the rolls, but those who did said they were good. Dessert? You may have to take it with you, but they're packaged well. The quiche reheats well in the microwave. Those who tried it said it was the best quiche ever, and ordered it again the second day, so I took a piece home to try. I haven't tried my Cherry Raspberry yet, but the others said the Coconut Cream (whipped cream) and Custard were wonderful. I did try one of his cinnamon/sugar pie crust cookies. They tasted just like my mama used to make. He said he's planning to sell those at the Harter House Stores in the Springfield area, so I'll be looking for them. He's also bringing a truck to Harter House in Springfield on Eastgate, occasionally, so I'll be watching their Facebook Page so I can buy a piece of pie without going to Rolla. Good pie crust makes a pie, and luckily, you can find them in the freezer case at Harter House and Price Cutter Stores. Look for "Mickey's Pie Crust", ready to put in the oven and bake.

I usually ignore considering its maybe cause I am an international student. But recently she went ham. I was entering kroger and I met 2 of my friends from college on my way in. Since I met them in the store , we chatted while be bought our groceries. When it came to getting checked out, Kathy was staring at me again. They went for self check out while I went for the billing counter and she threw a fit to the fact that I was buying alcohol and had my ID but that my friends who I met at the store should show their ID as well because I came to buy myself alcohol. All the other employees were fine but she created a big scene with all the other customers staring at us like we did something wrong and my friends were apologizing to me for talking to me in the store and being around me while we chatted and talked. I told her we dont live together , and we were going to our separate homes but she was just loud and rude and I must say, it seemed she was pissed at me which was usual by the way she stares at me all the time, but her making humiliating me and my friends in public was just disgusting and I think I am done with shopping at kroger. Might just shop at Walmart instead.

The steak was tender, flavorful, and cooked just the way I wanted, with a nice grilled finish that gave it that classic steakhouse taste. The broccoli was hot and fresh, and the sweet potato was a perfect side after a full day of travel, warm, filling, and a great complement to the steak. I also started with a Caesar salad, which was fresh and loaded with crunchy croutons and shaved parmesan. She became more engaged when, I believe, she saw we were not having the best experience so I give 4/5 stars for noticing but also because she was more attentive and gave me an extra plate quickly when I asked bc of the steak swimming in clarified butter that was supposed to be in a separate dish for the lobster instead of floating around the plate. Ribeye was actually really thin. You can see in the pics, about the same size as a thin ribeye from a recent grocery purchase I made. It was actually cooked well - for the size I would have expected overdone. Biggest issue is when I cut a piece and started to chew I had the shockwave from teeth on bone. A little chunk of bone was still in the ribeye. Pic included. I told her after we paid so she could warm the kitchen staff. Ribs - fine. Lobster - rubber. Could have thrown it across the room and it would have bounced at least twice. See pics. Also, the butter issue. Sides - side salad was crisp and the cucumber was fresh. Mash was interesting, and that could be because it's processed potato, a gluey issue from over-mixing, or that it was also taking a swim in the spilled butter. Fries were very tasty. Mac was okay. Overall spend with drinks was $109 with a 20% tip. I would not say it was worth it. We basically ate the salad and bread and called it a day.
