The Full Set Gel was done by the owner and she didn't do a very good job. There was glue left on my fingers and the polish wasn't applied correctly. There were bubbles in the polish once she was finished. I regularly get my nails done in NV but I was visiting family and decided to come to BB Nails. Worst decision I made this trip. I won't be recommending this place to anyone and I won't be coming back here again. If I'm going to pay $40, the nails should be done correctly especially since the owner did them herself. read more

I came in for a fill and first they didn't want to do what I had originally wanted because I didn't want to get a full set which was fine not only was the guy who did my nails extremely rude, he was also very careless and rough with my nails. He didn't talk the whole time, all he did was complain about how "bad" my nails were by whoever did them prior. I am from Las Vegas and they did my nails perfectly. So I think they were just trying to get more money out of me. Then without even asking he cut them with the electric file super short and his excuse was "they all didn't even match". It's funny because looking at them now the lengths don't even match at all from one hand to the other. This was a terrible first experience for me and will never go here again. I also tried to call and complain to see if there was anything he could do but because the guy who did my nails is the owner they just stood up for him. Now I am out of money and very upset. I'll have to go somewhere else to get a full set done now. read more

Visit #1 waited 45 minutes for a nail tech and then she rushed through my fill, I asked for a cut down and she ignored me. Visit #2 I asked for the guy to make my nails thicker (because they were paper thin and long)and he said it would be 45.00 for a fill. Visit #3 my nail needed repaired and it took 45 minutes for 1 repair and the guy cut my nail too short. I will never go there again! read more

THE best experience we've had in a very long time at a nail salon! This was the first mani pedi we've had during Covid 19 and the staff was amazing, the spa was amazing and everything was so clean! My nails look phenomenal, the staff was so attentive, kind and funny! I am so happy with my results and cannot wait to com back! 10/10 recommend :) did I mention they give free wine with any pedicure over $45? IT'S TRUE! Then a white women walks in and they immediately seat her , I was shocked when asked why she was taken before me for the same thing, no response. I wish there were negative star ratings. This was the worst experience I have ever had. I made an appointment for 11:30. I wasn't seen until 12 and didn't leave until 1:30pm. This was after having two different nail technicians work on my simple acrylic set and gel coat. It was so bad, the original technician told me she'd give me a nail color whenever I wanted. They were so busy she didn't want to make an effort to fix my nails she knew were awful then and there, even after telling her I live an hour away. (I know they were busy, but thats no excuse. Learn to turn away customers if you're overwhelmed and maybe you'd get tipped well enough to make up for it. Esp if took care of your appointments). Anyways, I came back in after getting lunch to get them fixed and the guy burned my fingers so bad, 7 out of 10 were bleeding at the cuticles and I still had to file them evenly down when I got home. (And to add, It's been 8 hours and my fingernails are throbbing.) I am NEVER going back and I DO NOT recommend them. read more
