Horrible service from who I believe was the manager. She was very rude when I walked in and asked her how long the wait was. She damaged TWO of my cuticles that bled that she didn't even acknowledge,and I had to tell her to sanitize both of them. And then two of the nails had air bubbles in them. Worst service I've ever had.

The Full Set Gel was done by the owner and she didn't do a very good job. There was glue left on my fingers and the polish wasn't applied correctly. There were bubbles in the polish once she was finished. I regularly get my nails done in NV but I was visiting family and decided to come to BB Nails. Worst decision I made this trip. I won't be recommending this place to anyone and I won't be coming back here again. If I'm going to pay $40, the nails should be done correctly especially since the owner did them herself.

as I was getting a pedicure, the manicurist in the booth next to me was vaping, drinking a tall, iced coffee and eating a burrito while doing a manicure on a customer. Very unprofessional and vaping is illegal. read more

Amazing pedicure kind of on the pricey side but absolutely worth it , it was 55 dollars for the normal pedicure but they give you a glass of wine exfoliate and do everything. Very nice and clean. The people there are also very friendly read more

Went in with two very painful lifting very long acrylic nails. They were so gentle and caring with helping me soak the entire set off. Could've easily taken my money and put a new full set on. Instead they said it was best I wait awhile so that my nails could heal. Highly recommend. read more

I had an appt and walked out!! The worst service EVER! Staff is unprofessional, the receptionist worse ill fitting sweatpants. She was loud and rude. Don't waste your money. I'd rather pay more money and go to place with class! I drove to Boardman to get my nails done. It was worth it. read more

I recently went to get a new set of acrylic nails here. Me, my mom, and my sisters frequently go here together and I have gotten many sets of acrylic nails here. But, I have never had someone do such a good job as James did! He is amazing, so kind, and made sure I loved my nails. I recommend him for any job!! read more

I came in for a gel manicure and the lady Tracie literally spent maybe a total of 30 mins on my nails, air bubbles in all my nails; she even cured a brush hair into my nail!! She kept chatting so much with her co workers I don't think she even looked at what she was doing. Will not come back. read more

I came in for a fill and first they didn't want to do what I had originally wanted because I didn't want to get a full set which was fine not only was the guy who did my nails extremely rude, he was also very careless and rough with my nails. He didn't talk the whole time, all he did was complain about how "bad" my nails were by whoever did them prior. I am from Las Vegas and they did my nails perfectly. So I think they were just trying to get more money out of me. Then without even asking he cut them with the electric file super short and his excuse was "they all didn't even match". It's funny because looking at them now the lengths don't even match at all from one hand to the other. This was a terrible first experience for me and will never go here again. I also tried to call and complain to see if there was anything he could do but because the guy who did my nails is the owner they just stood up for him. Now I am out of money and very upset. I'll have to go somewhere else to get a full set done now. read more

It was over $100 for a mani/pedicure. They do not tell you up front you are charged $15 for gel polish in addition to the posted pricing. Will not go again. My nails chipped within one week. read more

THE best experience we've had in a very long time at a nail salon! This was the first mani pedi we've had during Covid 19 and the staff was amazing, the spa was amazing and everything was so clean! My nails look phenomenal, the staff was so attentive, kind and funny! I am so happy with my results and cannot wait to com back! 10/10 recommend :) did I mention they give free wine with any pedicure over $45? IT'S TRUE! Even under new management they have prevailed and are so great! read more

Visit #1 waited 45 minutes for a nail tech and then she rushed through my fill, I asked for a cut down and she ignored me. Visit #2 I asked for the guy to make my nails thicker (because they were paper thin and long)and he said it would be 45.00 for a fill. Visit #3 my nail needed repaired and it took 45 minutes for 1 repair and the guy cut my nail too short. I will never go there again! read more

I came in alone just wanting a full set they asked me what I wanted I replied full set, then silence. I sat for 15 minutes seeing workers leave and still not acknowledging me. Then a white women walks in and they immediately seat her , I was shocked when asked why she was taken before me for the same thing, no response. I wish there were negative star ratings. This was the worst experience I have ever had. I made an appointment for 11:30. I wasn't seen until 12 and didn't leave until 1:30pm. This was after having two different nail technicians work on my simple acrylic set and gel coat. It was so bad, the original technician told me she'd give me a nail color whenever I wanted. They were so busy she didn't want to make an effort to fix my nails she knew were awful then and there, even after telling her I live an hour away. (I know they were busy, but thats no excuse. Learn to turn away customers if you're overwhelmed and maybe you'd get tipped well enough to make up for it. Esp if took care of your appointments). Anyways, I came back in after getting lunch to get them fixed and the guy burned my fingers so bad, 7 out of 10 were bleeding at the cuticles and I still had to file them evenly down when I got home. (And to add, It's been 8 hours and my fingernails are throbbing.) I am NEVER going back and I DO NOT recommend them. read more

Went to get a manicure (I have naturally long thick nails have never had artificial nails of any kind) I requested French paint from the start the lady was rude (I should've left before she ever got started) any way she charged me $40 for a 15 minute job that doesn't look all that great would not recommend this place at all read more

I typically get gel polish and needed a badly split nail repaired. Communication was difficult, as the technician spoke very limited English and had to call over multiple coworkers to look at my nail. After a long back-and-forth discussion among staff, instead of using the usual method of applying acetone to cotton and wrapping my nails in foil, they had me place my hand directly into a bowl of acetone. Because of this, the skin on my fingertips became very dry and later started peeling -- something I've never experienced at other salons. On a positive note, the nail repair was done successfully and the final polish looked great. So while the end result was good, the process felt uncomfortable and unprofessional. If I return, I would schedule specifically with the technician I was originally referred to. I think my experience would have been smoother with someone more experienced.

I sat and the girl who was sitting next to him since I walk in & who was watching tv on her phone got up to give me my pedi....in the ONLY chair without a massager, not even a reclining position. Stay clear! I'm sure they'll up charge me but that will be their tip.

Getting an appointment was easy, the facility was clean, the staff was friendly and the gentleman doing my pedicure was very gentle.
