I told him no unless he wanted to give his tip up. I told him I wanted my pedi NOW and then he could finish my nails. He said ok and then directed me to chair #3. I sat and the girl who was sitting next to him since I walk in & who was watching tv on her phone got up to give me my pedi....in the ONLY chair without a massager, not even a reclining position.
