I used A+ as a backup. I signed in for a pedi & fill. There was no one getting a fill but 2 pedicures being done. I was told "fill then pedi". In my head I thought "oof, I have to walk a ways back to the car"...there's a lot of snow now and I had snow boots on. Started to get my fill & another customer comes in, requested the same services. Was told where to sit for pedi. Another customer, same scenario. Now I'm upset because my pedi will get jammed up. The 3rd customer comes with the same scenario. I spoke up. I said I wanted my pedi first. Now my toes will get all jammed up. The man doing my nails said not with gel polish. I told him I didn't want gel bc it costs more. "Only $15". I told him no unless he wanted to give his tip up. I told him I wanted my pedi NOW and then he could finish my nails. He said ok and then directed me to chair #3. I sat and the girl who was sitting next to him since I walk in & who was watching tv on her phone got up to give me my pedi....in the ONLY chair without a massager, not even a reclining position. Stay clear! I'm sure they'll up charge me but that will be their tip. read more

I never leave reviews but THIS is definitely worth my time. A+ nails is by far the absolute worst nail salon I have ever been to. My nail was lifting and I wanted to get it repaired. They did not have the acrylic dip color I typically get. I told him I wanted to get a fill but since they didn't have the color I said to soak the 2 nails off just to preserve them until I could get to my home salon. When I was dipping my one nail he asked for me to show my nails and squirted acetone on ALL of my nails FORCING me to soak them all of. (These were my nails btw) I had an even that evening so I had no choice. When I asked why would he do that he pretended to not speak English. I moved to the next guy. I told him these were my real nails and they should finish soaking. He didn't listen and broke my nail with the drill. Then lied and said he didn't. (All of my nails were the same length) When I pulled my hand away to look he say "ok I fix it with a tip". I spent 3 5HOURS in the nail salon just to do a dip overlay. They were rude and not listening. When I told him he was missing spots he said "I know" they only way I could get them to listen is to pull my hands away. TWICE he pulled my hand back jerking me! They kept trying to grab new item and new things I did not ask for and only put it away when I said "I'm not paying for that so if you use it you pay." My overall experience was horrible. I was nicked several times by the drill. And when I refused a top coat because I didn't have time after spending 3.5 HOURS in the salon, he told me it was MY FAULT because my nails were too long! When I complained the other employees just ignored me and everyone all of a sudden didn't speak English. I will let all of my fingers fall off before I every go back to this location!!!! This used to be my favorite place for a pedicure, but not anymore. Toenails are rough, catching on my socks. Of course she applied polish so very thick that it wasn't dry after 30 mins when I had to put my socks & shoes on to leave...polish is messed up on my toes now. She was inattentive & too quick to finish. I'm dissatisfied with this $42 pedicure. I will look for another favorite nail salon.l read more

I do not recommend! Worst pedicure ever! I chose the $48 pedicure which ended up being a $73 pedicure at checkout but they charged my card $85.96. She removed the old gel polish using the dremmel file, an extra $5, and burnt 2 of my nails. She told me nails were sensitive . She did the pumice stone scrub on the bottom of each foot which was a total of about .006 seconds and then applied new gel polish, which is another $5 charge, and is the worst polish job ever. I will be going back today to review my signed transaction receipt because they ran my card for more than I signed for. Terrible company!!. I wish I would have read all these terrible reviews before giving them my business. read more
