I brought a picture of a short layered cut and told her it absolutely had to be wash and wear as I am not good with hair. She did a wonderful cut...probably the best one I've ever had and my mother was a hairdresser!!! Nicole is there Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday and Saturday. I highly recommend her. Thanks Nicole. I was on my honeymoon and me and my husband decided to get massages. I requested a deep tissue…read moremassage. I've had them before so I know that you're going to be sore the next day. But the pain was excruciating within a few hours. The massage therapist Camilla was very nice, but she focused too much on my spine and tail bone even after I told her I have injuries from a car accident. That night I took a hot bath, iced it then took motrin. Still horrible pain. I got maybe 4 hours of sleep. I couldn't get comfortable because I was in so much pain. I sent them an email about this and they got back to me very fast. I spoke to Yvonne and she was so understanding and apologized. I explained the pain etc. She listened intently and didn't come off as defensive or anything. She did give me a full refund and she said she would talk to the massage therapist to see what happened. She also gave me some recommendations to help the pain. I am very hesitant to return, but since the customer service was so great I may give them another try in the future.
