Top notch repair shop! I've been meaning to upgrade my Samsung Galaxy S6 but I was trying to hold out a little longer for the the next model. I ignored the scratches and the simple crack across the main screen. I dealt with the phone getting slower and slower. That was until the latest Lollipop update killed my phone... After I installed it, I could not get signal, access wifi, or even open my gallery long enough to transfer photos before it would crash again. Unwilling to accept defeat, I sought out help. I wandered into this new repair shop next to Doris Italian Market and was helped by Chris. He offered to restore the phone, my data and contacts for less than my deductible, and it would be ready in a couple hours. He also offered to fix the screen while he was at it. Regrettably, after having my iPhone 6 for over two years, I dropped my phone on its sweet spot and cracked my screen. Repair Bot replaced my iPhone 6 's cracked screen and later got my Sony VAIO LAPTOP and HP Office Jet to communicate. I used to use BestBuy' Geeks and Office Max's repair; both were much more expensive than Repair Bot in Sunrise next to TinFish and Doris Market on Sunset Strip and Nob Hill Road. Both Charles and Chris are very personable and can diagnose your Pc/phone in layman terms and not Techno. Repair Hero! I water damaged my Iphone 7 and had a years worth of photos on it. Apple told me the phone was a total loss and to turn it in for the insurance, but noting could be done about the photos. I checked here before I turned the phone in and Chris told me he would try to salvage the data. He was able to get it working long enough to get ALL OF MY PHOTOS OFF!
