The equipment was so expensive that I kept the service for a year because I was still paying for it, but I finally decided that being held hostage by the expense of the equipment is a false economy if I'm burglarized because their equipment fails again. There have been enumerable failures, too many to count. Calling for technical support is frustrating, as well because trying to communicate with support staff who barely speak English or who speak with such a heavy accent that they are not even understandable is exasperating when I (or you) have an appointment and must leave the residence. with no time to waste because I didn't anticipate a system failure when it's most needed. I would never recommend Vivint to anyone under any circumstance. I believe it was recommended to me by the cable service that served my residential area, and they surely received a commission or kickback. The final straw for me was that when I left home for an appointment and attempted to set the alarm online, a feature that was important to me, I was told by Vivint's technical support staff to return home, and he would email me instructions to reboot the system which could only be accomplished from inside my home. If you think that Vivint will provide security and convenience, you'll be sadly mistaken. The service, quality, and value of Vivint is overrated at dreadful.

I made phone calls and inquired about computer replacement and configuration. When I called BBM Tech Computer Solutions the call was immediately answered by Brandon Mannie. I explained what I desired. He asked questions about the functions used on the computer. He listened and told me he would send me an eMail explaining hardware options in addition to options and suggestions. Immediately I made my decision to work with Brandon and BBM. We talked. I made a hardware decision. A acceptable bill of charges was presented to me. I agreed and the desktop replacement was initiated. I happily paid the deposit requested and Brandon acquired the new desktop computer. Off site he then preformed the necessary software loading and configurations. At the agreed upon date and time, Brandon arrived with the new hardware. He seriously worked moving the files from the old desktop to the new. He made sure the applications, profiles, related data and other necessary items were on the new computer and working properly. This computer exchange also included moving from Windows10 to Windows11. Brandon described some of the differences and was patience with the questions I had about this new operating system. I am most impressed by the professionalism and skills I experienced by BBM. I was encouraged to call them if I ever have questions. They are willing to do post installation support. Like I mentioned above, after more decades in the IT business, I am most impressed by BBM . If you have a computer issue or need to upgrade your system, contact this company and you will not be disappointed. I admit that I seldom recommend things from books to restaurants to motion pictures to anything, BUT I wholeheartedly will recommend BBM Tech Computer Solutions.
