On the same day, just walking in, they were able to look at my computer, open it and tell me what was wrong with it. He took over a week to even start my diagnostic and he deliberately ignored my phone calls when I tried inquiring about it (the store calls go directly to his cell phone). As soon as I called from another phone, he answered immediately. He tried to do the same thing again the next day when I called but since I did not have an extra phone to call him off of, I just called back to back until he answered and he did eventually after the 13th call. When I asked to speak to a manager, he told me that he was the manager, and when I asked to get a corporate number, he informed me that he is also part owner. So there was no one to report him to. Lose-lose situation. 2nd, he gave me a fake diagnostic. My toddler threw a a class cup at my desktop breaking my screen. David told me that it was not the screen, it was the motherboard that was bad and it would take $500 to repair but my husband knew he was lying so we brought it somewhere else and just like we thought, only the screen was broken, $200 to repair. I employed "Skals IT" to speed up my laptop and fix the "no sounds" out of speakers or headphones…read moreissue it recently had. Had happened in the last two days, were working and just suddenly stopped working. But did work to an external source like extended screen. The good - he accessed my laptop by remote connection and he cleared a lot of bloatware with CC Cleaner free version. And did get my laptop to run better. But he couldn't get my sound to work on on speakers or headphones and after uninstalling and reinstalling Realtek drivers a few times, he stated that the sound-card must have failed on the laptop, which either requires a used motherboard to be fitted (because new aren't available) or buy a new laptop. The bad: So I did some digging and found an app called "Fortrek for windows". I paid for one year's service and "Fortrek" went right through my laptop, cleared up more junk on it AND updated every driver that was out of date. It rebooted my laptop after all processes and guess what? My sound is now working on the speakers and on the headphones perfectly.
