It's one of the larger Westlake Hardware stores, with aisles upon aisles of tools, yard work machines, camping items, grilling items. The staff is helpful. I most like their plants and their yard work equipment aisle. Granted, I don't know much about equipment, but if you want something by Stihl, they have it. They will show you how to use it, and give you hints, as well. Their plants are in the far part of the parking lot. I love their garden area. The prices are reasonable, and the staff helpful. I've nothing but good assistance from the staff at this store. Every cashier is friendly, and there's always staff to help out in the departments. If you ask them something in the middle of the store, they walk with you to find what you need. I rely on this store, often and have no idea what i'd do if it wasn't it's present location. I even known some of the staff's names, cause I go in there so often: Matt, Kayleigh, Christian. I can tell they like their jobs, by the employees attitude. I was then told it's not always necessary. Once I started the pool up, EVERY single connection is leaking. The head on the filter is leaking in 5 different spots. someone was suppose to be here within 3 days. No one had called or showed up. I also inquire about the sharkline warranty that states it should be installed at a zero grade level or the warranty is voided. installer said you can backfill up to 18", he installed to require a 20" backfill. Family Leisure in Olathe said you can backfill up to 3'. No one will put in writing as to what they say. I telephone today to enquire if I could buy a skimmer basket with a handle. Tje actual manager argues with me and told me all their skimmers baskets have a handle. Told me I was wrong. I took a picture and sent to him as to which he said. oh yea that one doesn't. Horrible experience.
