I have decided to update the rating on this business after communication with the owner. Sorry it…read moretook awhile. Mike, the owner, was quick to respond to my original review and also PM'd me to assess the issue. I told him that overall, I feel that the cleaners were polite, respectful and professional. Even though the bathroom was not cleaned well and certain area not done, I feel that this was due to the in- betweens people not relaying all the information (See original post) This was not reflected in the first post due to word limit. Mike offered me a free clean. I was torn- if good review can be swayed by free service, then how could we trust the reviews we see on Yelp? Plus, The cleaners did a decent job, on what they were told to do anyways. What I didn't like was how the whole thing was handled, not the cleaners. To arrange another clean feels kind of troublesome. On the other hand, I think any business deserve a chance to rectify and improve their image. In the end, I declined the free clean. However, I do appreciate Mike's effort to achieve customer satisfaction and therefore I am updating the rating and review to reflect this aspect of the business.
