I've been growing my hair out and it's finally hit a point where it's too long for me to take care of it myself. I tried them for a wash and blow dry and that experience was okay and I was able to walk the girl through how to care for and brush my hair so I decided to return a second time get a few highlights. One of the "instructors" who was helping the student was very nasty and rude. She was white with glasses and overweight and refused to give her name and so did the student who called me nasty because I asked her to check after 50 minutes of sitting with color to check if my hair was okay. They had 6 different people in my hair and when I asked for the same instructor for consistency she walked away and tried to leave the color that was on my hair for almost an hour and told me she's on lunch but I can wait. I really just want to warn people about this place because Aveda is pretty close and they're usually pretty knowledgeable and helpful there and there's another school studio beauty just across the street. This place is was a nightmare and I'm truly easy going and i Just want to make sure I tell others.
