When I was in a pickle while out of town this bank hand delivered a check to a local business to help me out. I have never had a bank do this for me. Above all this, the staff are what makes this bank my bank. The manager Gretchen is always kind, willing to listen and refer me to the experts needed in town. Melani the assistant manager calls me if she notices something about my account and has helped me sort out a few mis-calculations. The tellers are vibrant and always so friendly. They greet me when I come into the bank and they even share their coffee. I feel like family when I come here. The commercial banker Mark is always willing to say hi and check in on things with me. He is so knowledgeable in real estate and the local experts he works with. The banker Josh is never afraid to senda friendly smile my way even when he's obviously very busy. I dont have to pay a service fee if my monthly deposit is over 1500$, they are great about overdraft protection and not charging you the fees even if you go under and their fraud care is amazing. I am now being told I can't access the money for over a week when other banks have no issues verifying the check for you and giving you access to your own money. Would not recommend coming here if you need a larger amount of money as they don't give you access to it if needed. Teller was extremely sweet, manager not so much as she didn't even try to verify my check so I can access it without waiting over a week. She was too busy judging instead of doing her job to verify the money customers should have access to when needed.
