I don't recommend this branch because it is not properly staffed or doesn't have proper staff training to provide typical bank services to customers. What a joke this branch is. This location of Chase bank should be retrained because the quality of service is poor. That was highly suspicious Spam but now that I had this experience, makes sense at the unprofessional operation. The parking is not too busy but it is located in the middle of the city. During a visit to the branch, I witnessed an employee treating a coworker in a manner that I found disrespectful and unprofessional. Concerned by what I observed, I contacted management to report the incident. Unfortunately, the conversation itself lacked the level of professionalism I would expect from someone in a leadership position. Customer service and workplace culture reflect directly on an organization, and what I witnessed raised serious concerns about both. After more than two decades of banking here, I no longer feel confident in the quality of service or leadership at this institution. I dont have to pay a service fee if my monthly deposit is over 1500$, they are great about overdraft protection and not charging you the fees even if you go under and their fraud care is amazing. I am now being told I can't access the money for over a week when other banks have no issues verifying the check for you and giving you access to your own money. Would not recommend coming here if you need a larger amount of money as they don't give you access to it if needed. Teller was extremely sweet, manager not so much as she didn't even try to verify my check so I can access it without waiting over a week. She was too busy judging instead of doing her job to verify the money customers should have access to when needed.
