It was packed, the staff inefficient and I don't think it can get any worse than this. You stand in line to put your name down on a waiting list, do they have any common sense. The manager is in a corner not doing anything and the only 2 banking reps are so slow and they take a break after every client to go walk around and act like they are doing anything. The only people that seemed to be doing work are the tellers.

Unfortunately, it did not work because the debit card had some kind of glitch in it. No matter what store I stopped at and what I tried to buy I could never use this card. It always declined the purchases and I had gone back-and-forth every day since last Friday. I was even issued a new card and I still experience the same problem, declined. When I went back to the bank the last time I was frustrated and decided to close my account. It was then that I found out that perhaps the reason why I could not use the card was because purchases had not been checked as one of the uses for the card. I did not understand this because if I am not going to purchase anything I would not have needed a debit card.

When trying to make a deposit this morning the teller was rude, when calling their call center to make inquiries, Renee was rude, when trying to discuss the situation with a supervisor, Cindy was rude. Oh - they will let me open another account, but I can't have my old account number. "It's Policy" I was told. It's so sad to see this previously respected organization reduce their scripted, shallow customer service to this level. By the way, they are supposed to be a nonprofit credit union, with customer dividends. Whatever happened to that? I guess they used those funds to buy naming rights at a football stadium. They just hide behind their nonprofit status for a competitive advantage. It's outrageous and I hope they are investigated. It's time for me to find a new bank.

I needed a stop payment on a check done and have been on the phone for 2 HOURS NOW. I spent over an hour verifying my identity and being transferred before I got to the right department. That person had me tied up over 40 minutes until they transferred me AGAIN after initially refusing to, only to make me hold longer first. They told me they were new and trying to learn how to do it on my time. I've been posting the screen shots of my phone time stamps on their Facebook page under a post about shiny new ATMs with the suggestion they spend some of that money on customer service development. Their social media person was kind enough to comment that they didn't like that and wanted to do better, sealed with a heart emoji. I just hung up AFTER 2:15:00 and was told the stop payment I needed (still paid $28) was finally done. I think you know what to do with your heart emoji...
