The only hiccup was on the day of my windshield replacement. I arrived at their Burnaby location that was on their website only to drive up to a fenced in abandoned building. When I called to find out what was going on, a crew member apologized and said that location had closed. I was kindly asked to reroute to their Coquitlam shop, ten mins away. Upon my windshield and technicians were ready to go. We were told it would be ready in approximately two hours.
