I believe his name was Drew or Devin but he was quick to help us by loaning us some tools. He couldn't help too much as they it was lunch time and they were short staffed. A bystander, Kevin, was there having his truck worked on help us a lot and we were able to stabilize the awning and continue on our vacation.
