Broco auto glass near Royal & Imperial is an awesome place to go if you have cracked or broken wind shield. They entertain you right away & help you with your glass issues in your car. They are ICBC credited & so they do all the paperworks & stuff. All u have to do is take your car there & your auto glass probs will be fix in no time. The glass is shipped in the next day, you dont have to wait weeks or even days for the repair. Then as soon as its in, it's installed and ready to go in a few hours. I called around the first time I needed a repair and these guys were also the best priced. Perfect job and super nice guys! This is the only place I go for auto glass repair. My car was broken into - smashed the rear passenger window but took nothing. It was disappointing but Broco Auto Glass made it so painless, I don't even mind! Quoted me $246 tax in over the phone. Since I live alone, I asked if they would mind driving me home and picking me up - no problem at all! They even offered a courtesy car but since it was to take only 2-3 hours, I didn't need it. After dropping off the car and getting the as promised ride home, I received a call that they were done after about an hour and a half and were on the way to pick me up! When I went to pay, I handed over $260, indicating I was quoted $246 tax in. The friendly employee advised that the invoice said $272 but handed me back a $20 anyway. I've never dealt with such an honest, fast and friendly shop! Window looks great and it feels like nothing even happened to me now! read more

Excellent Service. My car was hit by a stone and the damage on the windshield could not be fixed, so I had it replaced there. Their service is perfect. They are so perfect and detail oriented, that even the small plastic that I had on the old windshield (the one that reminds the next oil change), was, again, placed at the exact same spot. The recommendations you hear for this place are all true! The guys at Broco made my life easier than imagined. I phoned at about 10am on a Friday for a windshield replacement thinking I'd have to make an appointment for Monday or later; they had my glass on the 2pm truck and my car was in the shop and ready to go well before then. The guys did up my insurance claim and even hooked me up with a loaner vehicle. I had my car back by 4pm and I can't be more grateful. These guys rock! read more

These guys are awesome! Had a "smash and grab" on a Friday night. Window gone. Glass all over the car. Called them Saturday morning and they said it would take 3 days to get the window but to bring it in and they could clean it up for me. I took it in and they thoroughly cleaned it, got rid of all the glass and taped clear plastic over the window so I could see out and it was even waterproof! All no charge! When they did replace the window it was fast, efficient, and friendly service. I would not hesitate in recommending them to anyone. They were also very sympathetic Saturday morning when I took the car in which was also nice. read more

My experience totally mirrored what I found here on Yelp. A true 5 star treatment. These guys truly put the customer first. I had a big ole Bulls Eye chip on my front windshield and needed it patched up ASAP. With the colder, wetter weather already here I did not want to hit the defroster and send a crack all the way across my windshield. They fixed me up right on the spot. RE: horrible experience at NORTH SHORE BROCO AUTO GLASS 862 W 15TH ST 8 28 2014 I took my 1996 Acura Integra to Broco Auto Glass on the North Shore Vancouver and had a horrible experience. I got the car home and noticed a drop of black urethane on my red fender, so I had to take it back to get that taken care of. I live downtown so it meant dealing with the Lion's gate bridge again, which is always slow one way. I also discovered that there was a gap between the top windshield trim and the edge of the roof. I showed it to the owner and he told me that it didn't matter. So I took the car home, then noticed the windshield washer didn't work. Looked under the hood and couldn't figure out how to hook it up myself so had to take it back to them yet another time, another trip on the bridge. Also in the meantime I had washed the car and noticed that water was collecting in that gap between trim and roof and became concerned about corrosion long term. This time when I took it back for the windshield washer I told him I didn't want that gap between the trim and the roof, and he got a wider piece of trim (undoubtedly the one that should have been installed in the first place) and installed it for me. So I've got the car home again...let's see what happens now. I AM PISSED! read more

Went to Broco today for advice on few scratches and nicks on windshield. Ron was able to buff out the small scratches at no charge. I will go back if things get worse. I also read that super glue is good temp fis for the small nicks. Instructions are on Internet. I will definately go to Broco to have repairs or repacement of glass on my new Subaru..Gary read more

Horrible experience with these guys. I went to get a chip on my windshield repaired and when I went back to get my vehicle, the windshield is crack. Instead of fixing a small chip, they crack the windshield, so unprofessional. Then they replace my windshield, used my insurance, and made me pay the deductible, when they are the one that made it worse. This is the worse business shop I have ever dealt with in my life. I had my car windshield replaced here back in May, 2010. When it was done after about 6 hours, the top rubber molding was 1/2 inch short. I can see it was also lumpy and not flat and smooth the way it should be. I returned it immediately to the shop and ask them to fix it but was told by Willis (the person in charge) that ICBC does not pay for new moldings. He said I would have to accept it as is, and he filled the gap with rubber caulking. The bottom molding was dirty and loose. In July I responded to the work satisfaction survey from ICBC with photos of the bad workmanship. The car was returned to Broco to have to molding replaced along with other problems to be fixed. The top molding was replaced but it was lumpy and the edges were sticking up. I took it back the second time but it was still not properly installed. Then more problems were introduced under the hood each time I return it for incomplete work. Things like the cowl rubber hood seal strip was left loose, anchoring clips were missing, paint scratches and dings on the door, water leak in heavy rain. I finally gave up and took my car to an auto mechanic because strange noises appearing. My mechanic said the oil was leaking from the valve cover because all of the bolts were loose on the cover. read more
