They have been fantastic each time. The first time, they tidied up a dent in my truck's door for free when they installed my new mirror. The second time they found a matching door for our Echo, cutting down on the costs of repair and saving us from a write-off from ICBC and lastly, they fixed the minor damage to the door of my SUV at no charge. The only hiccup was on the day of my windshield replacement. I arrived at their Burnaby location that was on their website only to drive up to a fenced in abandoned building. When I called to find out what was going on, a crew member apologized and said that location had closed. I was kindly asked to reroute to their Coquitlam shop, ten mins away. Upon my windshield and technicians were ready to go. We were told it would be ready in approximately two hours. They honored their word and text messaged me on the two hour mark saying it was ready for pick up. Except for the minor location detail, it was an overall positive experience. I wouldn't hesitate to use their services again.
