After discovering that my auto insurance was cancelled (which I was a named insured on), I called the office for remedy/resolution and was provided nothing. They wouldn't even provide the cancellation notice because I was removed from the policy immediately before cancellation. Each time I have called this office, it's like I talking to a wall. 2021 Audi S4 sustained significant damages from a hit and run ($13k), was charged with driving without insurance (due to not being advised of insurance cancellation). Who checks their insurance to ensure proper coverage each time before driving? Nobody! How else would I have known? I am really starting to wonder what type of curriculum is taught to be an agent. Clearly, fiduciary duty isn't the high on the list. I have had amazing service with USAA, Progressive and Geico. I would urge anyone/everyone to stay away from this office. Maybe, just maybe, other State Farm offices are different but they will certainly never have my business again. I convey this to everyone that I speak with in regard to insurance.

The woman named Jackie seemed very incompetent and wouldn't let me speak to anyone else so I requested to cancel my policy with them and asked for a refund again and they then sent my $70 back in two separate payments so it took weeks to get all my money back, and this caused me to have to apply for a payment plan for my surgery which resulted in a hard inquiry against my credit. I definitely do not recommend this agency unless you want to be screwed over.

I have complicated crypto taxes and did my best to communicate this from the start, including a 45-minute call with Steve specifically about my crypto taxes before my 2024 return was filed. I made clear that the documents I sent, including a Schedule 1, were generated by my crypto tax software. In 2025, I discovered that the Schedule 1 income I provided had been left off my 2024 return. Steve never asked me what it was, never requested supporting documentation, and never told me he was omitting it. He simply left it off silently. When I raised it, he claimed he hadn't known I had complicated crypto taxes, which I believe is false and I have messages with the firm showing we discussed it. He also declined to prepare my 2025 return due to the crypto complexity, leaving me to find a new preparer on short notice. When I requested a refund of my 2024 prep fee, he refused unless I provided evidence of the income's source. While compiling that, I found that a mistake in my tax software had overstated the figure, and that the corrected amount was lower. I decided the refund wasn't worth pursuing, and I'm having the amendment handled by another firm. Steve was right to question the number. But the professional response was to ask for documentation before filing, not to silently drop income off a return without a word to the client. At no point did he acknowledge any mistake or take any accountability. In my opinion, that handling was not what a client should expect from a tax preparer, and based on my experience, I can't recommend them.

Imagine my surprise when I checked my mail that evening to find a collection notice from Quantum Collection Services for $71.83! I immediately called them in a panic. I spoke to Monique, and explained that there must have been an error, because there was more than enough money in my account to cover it. She looked into with her supervisor (I can't remember her name) and they explained to me it came back that my account was closed according to the stamp on the check. I said that's impossible, that I just withdrew money an hour ago and my account was very much open. She then said it's possible that it could have been a computer error and they'd try to redeposit it on Monday, and if it went through she'd drop the $40 NSF/Collection fee. I thanked her and headed over to Chase, since I had about 5 other checks written that hadn't cleared yet. And being those were things like oh, xcel, I was worried! I went to Chase and found out that there had been an error printed on my checks and that was why the checks were being returned (see that yelp review for more details). So they wrote me a letter to use regarding the situation. I called Quantum back, but they had closed for the weekend, I left a voicemail explaining the situation. Monique promptly called me this morning and told me not a problem, that I could pay with my debit card on the phone and to fax a copy of the letter they'd drop the nsf/collection fees. I really appreciate how they treated me with this bizarre situation, I'm sure they can be harsh with delinquents, but they were very friendly and helpful with me. If they are great with me, I can only imagine that they are a wonderful business to work with if a business needs help collecting on an account.

This service is still reporting to Experian, a hospital bill as being delinquent despite proof…read morethat this was paid over 3 years ago. I cannot tell you the problems that this has caused me. I submitted a complaint to both the credit reporting agency and the State of Colorado and they lied to the credit agency - of course they are in collusion with each other so I would expect nothing different. With the State they did admit that it had been paid directly to the hospital, but they still have not reported it correctly to the credit agency. It is against the law to report false information to the reporting agencies but I suppose it will require the services of an attorney to make this company follow such laws. If I were a business I would not use such a dishonest company.
