So I went ahead and did it I was scared I hadn't paid my taxes in numerous years. I gave them like $4000 and they kept the IRS off of my butt for like two years as far as the Steve goes. I already had an agreement in place so they didn't negotiate with them at all which sucks federally they only negotiated on the interest in fees only on one year because they took so long. They said they worked on it for so many years in so many hours that they charged me another thousand dollars and because they took so long more fees and more interest accrued I didn't even realize that And at the end of it they said I made too much money and I had to pay 1600 a month because of what California allowed that was terrible so at the end of the day I called up IRS and I negotiated $500 a month, so what a waste of time I could've done all this on my own and it was just a scare tactic. Her name is Jenny and I was ripped off completely don't go with them. Beware beware beware And when I bitched about it, they said all communications will now stop. They could've done this in a month they had to do is negotiate with the IRS like I did in my car in 20 minutes once the allowances and what you make and what you spend every month is done it takes 20 minutes. But they really pray on the fact that you're scared. And now I owe more an interest in penalties than what I owe in taxes there's a special place in hell for you guys. read more

I made the unfortunate decision to hire these BS artists. First of all make sure they put everything in writing which they are great at avoiding... they made many promises and just forward you tons of paperwork to fill out your self. They call you when it's convenient for them not for your schedule... they promised frequent communication via email. The only frequent communication I get is asking for more money repeatedly... I've been involved with this place almost 2 years now and no resolution.... I wish I had a good place to recommend but I don't. I just know that these people are useless.... read more

Don't do it. This is a predator taking advantage of your scary situation. They are very nice people and very convincing that they can help you. They will also tell you that they charge a flat fee and don't have additional charges depending on your circumstance. I paid the initial $2000 for them to help me with my tax liens. In the middle of it I got audited and so they charged me another $3500 to submit an offer in compromise. The offer was declined and they wanted to charge me another $3000 to do the appeal. I spent $5500 and they did not help me at all. I couldn't afford to give them more money only to have them not succeed. So I have filed the appeal myself. These people called repeatedly to prey on an older family member. I asked for something to be sent in writing, they refused. They told me that they were a free service, while online it reports that they charge over $1000. The caller was very aggressive, called three times in a row despite me telling them the first two times that we were not interested. After firmly telling them a third time that we did not need their services the caller got angry and sarcastic. He became very unprofessional and would not take "no" for an answer. I'm just glad that it was me who answered the phone because I could see how easily they could dupe and bully a senior with scare tactics. read more

Got a call from a telemarketer there named Daniel Robie. He asked for me by name, Without confirming who it was I kept asking who he worked for as a tactic to screen the call. Without ever confirming who I was he started talking about a tax lien so i told him he had the wrong number and hung up the phone as I knew it was a telemarketing call. He called back about 3 seconds later and started giving me a hard time. I again asked who he worked for. He told me it was irrelevant. I asked to speak to his manager. He told me I couldn't. I called back several times trying to reach my his manager. He laughed at me and told me the beauty was that I would only get him at that number. He then called me 20 minutes later from a blocked number and told me if I spent half as much energy paying my taxes as I did busting his balls I probably wouldn't have tax liens. He then attempted to call me twice more that evening at 8:45 and 8:46 pm. Unprofessional little twerp. After a tax lien was made public record, I was contacted by BC Tax. The sales agent explained to me the services offered and I ultimately signed an agreement to have BC represent me. I did not enter into this lightly and I believe I made my final decision after 4 or 5 days. With BC, we devised a strategy to deal with my severe tax issue.
