Our hardwood floors were recently refinished by Andy Le Hardwood Floors and they look gorgeous! I will attempt to post a picture so that you can see the quality of the work. These floors were installed in 1959 and showed non uniform wear due to carpet or rugs in some rooms and none in another. The den had dark areas and scuffs. When Mr. Le finished, the entire house was completely uniform and looked brand new. We chose a semi-gloss finish and a stain which was similar to the original. Wow...the pictures will tell the story! Nhat was very kind, professional and meticulous. With any job, it is the finishing touches that makes it stand out, and this was no different. Would highly recommend Andy Le and his team. Had a water leak that damaged flooring in my foyer and my bathroom. After waiting a few months to see if the wood would settle back in place, I opted to have it replaced. Andy provided a reasonable quote to remove and replace the remaining affected hardwood as well as to replace the baseboard and trim that had been removed during the water mitigation process. They communicated with me to coordinate a start date, showed up on time, and completed the project within a few days.
